// F I R E // “Some women fear the fire - others simply become it”. Yesterday I filled my soul and fueled my belly (more about what this FRIGGIN DELICIOUS bowl in later!). I met with two entrepreneurs for brunch, only after I’d gone live on my Facebook about how to love an entrepreneur. You see, not everyone understands this hustle life. They’d rather work in an office, 9-5 and collect a paycheque, living for the weekend only to dread it ending. And to these people, this is what makes sense, it’s logical, responsible. And it’s totally acceptable! But what’s unacceptable is sometimes entrepreneurs are treated as irresponsible, dreamy “woo woo” people, and will get asked things like “when are you going to get a real job?”, “you quit your job without finding another, yikes”. And to that I say - my life, not yours. I went on to say, that entrepreneurs, ones that are willing to go the scary, unconventional and risky route are responsible for every product, device, article of clothing and food you eat. And they probably failed 100 times doing it! Respect one another, and the world would be a bit happier place! Let’s cheer each other on! There shouldn’t be any other way!
Okay, and because I promised - literally - this meal was top ten of my life. Like, holy shit. It’s breakfast poutine with braised short rib and soft poached egg. Go to @the.eden.inglewood
and get yourself one. Immediately.
