Followed by incline DB press 5x15
Cable chest fly 5x20
Machine chest fly superset with chest press machine (slow negatives) 4x15
Tricep short bar push downs superset with rope push downs 5x20
Keeping that strength whilst cutting down is the right way to do it. In the past I've been a victim of battering myself into the ground more in the gym doesnt always mean more progress.
You are there to stimulate the muscle not completely exhaust it.

LHS: Early 2018... this is the first time I ever felt confident enough to take a photo in the gym. Before this the only my boyfriend knew I had started training (& for a few months now)
RHS: This was the other day and I guess I was feeling myself 😂
📌 LHS: I had already started buying gym clothes I *wanted* to wear but I was too insecure about my body so kept it completely covered up
📌 RHS: After months of putting off creating a fitness based insta account because my “body wasn’t good enough” I decided f it, I’ll make a page because I feel like making a page
📌 LHS: I was learning a lot about foods. Learning carbs aren’t the devil and red meat isn’t “good” just because it has protein. Realising my daily Tropicana was piling sugar into my body 😢... was counting calories
📌 RHS: If it ain’t “bad”, I’ll eat as much as I want of it thank you 🤤 no tracking nuthin’. Eating leaner meats, lots of fish, carbs and more veggie meals
📌 LHS: I was falling in love with how the gym made me feeeel
📌 RHS: Working out is now totally integrated into my lifestyle
