It’s always a great opportunity to spring into a new workout regime! Here is a great explosive full body circuit that you’re body will love! Try it today or save it for later and let me know how you like it!
✔️Kettlebell Goblet Squats
✔️Sandbag Push-up and Drag
✔️Mountain Climbers (with it without gliders)
✔️Jump Rope (weighted if you have)
Perform each exercise 45 seconds one after the other, and once the circuit is completed, rest 60 secs, and repeat 2-3 more times depending on your fitness level or how much time you have.

The strength of my physical body was not built in one day. I worked day after day building these muscles. I still do. On good days...on bad days. Months turned into years and all the strength and power of my physical body remains consistent because I do. I am proud.
The strength and mental focus of my mind to overcome when times are hard was not built in a day. This emotional capability has been crafted throughout a lifetime. I use this to stay consistent in my workouts and push through tough ones, among other life challenges.
One bad day. One bad night. One bad workout.
These do not define you. You cannot control all the situations in life, but you can try to maintain some consistency for your health and sanity! 💪🏼
Our modern fitness center has cardio and weight training equipment so you can keep up with your workout even on vacation!

So while I was waiting to sign up with Intoxx today, a treadmill had a nice beat to it. Idk who was on that treadmill, but thank you for some down time beatboxing 😂
Real footage of me overthinking and almost psyching myself out but still managing to get a personal record on sumo deadlifts! Today’s focus was on form and correcting habits to engage all the right muscle groups and prevent injuries. I’m still a big work in progress and I have a lot to learn, but I feel a lot better knowing about that mind-muscle connection and engagement. And at least some improvement is better than nothing 🤓

. Getting closer and closer to competition day. It looks like there will be many athletes competing, so it should be a great battle. Cut is going great, and posing is down pact. With the cut, my strength has gone down tremendously so I have primarily been doing light weights with slow controlled reps to really signal out the muscle definition that I’m looking for. Overall very pleased.
