, to make your own add 2 cups of cooked chickpeas, 1 small roasted beet, 2 garlic cloves, 1 tsp of lemon 🍋 juice, 3 tbsp of tahini, salt and pepper, paprika, 1/2 tsp of cumin, 1 tbsp of nutritional yeast and as much water needed until smooth and hummus like!
Add two tbsp of CO YO to add extra creaminess, natural CO YO, not strawberry 🍓. We mean, we like our snacks to match but we’re not that crazy 😜.

Sa texture mousseuse, son goût divin de caramel grâce aux dattes et fève tonka, la gourmandise des mûres et le goût léger et délicat du potimarron ✨
Des ingrédients simples, une recette saine et rapide à faire, rien de plus facile pour se lancer dès maintenant ! 😜 ➡R£C£TT£:
•100g de potimarron cuit
•2 blancs d'oeuf
•15g de poudre d'amande
•1/2 c.a.c de levure chimique
•1/2 fève tonka
•20g de dattes dénoyautées (ou pâte de dattes)
•Environ 50g de mûres
-Trempées vos dattes dans de l'eau bouillante.
-Pendant ce temps, mettez tous les ingrédients dans votre mixeur.
-Terminé par ajouter les dattes et mixez.
-Faites cuir au micro-ondes 3 minutes ou au four à 180°C pendant une trentaine de minutes (attention, cela varie selon les fours). Valeurs nutritionnelles: 242cal

After posting a picture of this avocado toast on an Instagram story yesterday, I received multiple messages asking if I eat bread... Well, as you can see from this picture, yes. Not everyday, but it’s in my freezer for those morning I’m craving it... Regarding eating bread: For me, I choose to eat what makes me feel good. Somehow, I am able to eat this ezekiel bread and feel totally fine. I know for some people however, it simply does not settle well in your guts or you feel guilt after eating it.. If you choose to avoid foods because of inspiration you receive from fat diets, I encourage you to avoid titles and make your diet, your diet! If it works for you, great! If it doesn’t, practice something else- because following what everyone else is doing is not “custom” and you could be missing out on some really tasty food! 😜
