GOALS 😍 - the upcoming week will be the last week of #bbg2 (yepeeyay) and lately i've been thinking about my goals. people tell me how much weight i lost and how fit i look. with all those compliments its hard to stay focused and continue and not to rest on my laurels ... my motivation is this jeans, size 30/32. i bought it about 8 yrs ago in London and i LOVED it!!! my fav jeans at that time. then i graduated uni and moved to Munich and ate too many "Henderl" (chicken) and enjoyed to many beers hahah... and my fav jeans was banned into the back of my closet. but i never had the heart to throw it away When i started bbg i couldn't even get in over my knees 😱 now i can close it but it's still way too tight ;) maybe it fits after bbg3, mabye it takes longer - i'm fine with that! i am so happy how far i came and right now i am feeling so good in my body! but it's also important to know your goals:) #bbg #bbggermany #bbggirls #bbgcommunity #kayla_itsines #kaylasarmy #bbggoals #sweat #fitnessjourney #weightloss #goals #motivation #beyourownmotivation #celebrateyourachievements #motivationpost #jeans #stayfocused #girlswholift #weighttraining #bbg2 #bbg1

Progress is impossible without change, and those that cannot change their minds cannot change anything . . . . Condition as of yesterday 💁‍♀️ Nope not prepping or cutting right now, but yep my body is responding to change! I have a more active job, I feel less stressed and generally sleep really well. I now don’t take any medication other than supplements. I weight train heavy 3 times a week and do 2 days of HIIT or cardio. Food wise for the last month or so see my calories at 2000-2100 daily with a macro intake of 225-240g carbs, 150g protein and 56-60g fat. I knew this is what I needed to do for a long time it’s just taken time to implement. Keep looking forward 😊 . . . . Waking up after an amazing sleep. I'm so tired!!! And as I'm lying here wondering what to do today, I remembered I was gonna go a really long walk this morning. Which made me smile. I love putting my earphones in just walking for ages. So I'm gonna stick my phone on charge and go back to sleep for 30 mins, then get up and get ready. I don't know where I'll go, probably the beach, not exactly spoiled for choice here. But it will do!
