work : calves, hamstrings, glutes, lumbars. I should train them more often now. Together with the spinal and rhombus muscles. Like 2 times a week. Gotta recalculate my #training

that i really like. I can focus both on the contraction quality and muscle depletion. 👑

Yesterday I managed to get out a triple on the incline press at 40kg a side, pretty damn happy with that as my chest and shoulders are a massive weakness for me.
