and it’s a perfect time to share a little more about me since there are quite a few new faces. ☺️💛 1️⃣ Louisiana is my home state. I was born in Baton Rouge and grew up in Walker, LA. I’m extremely proud and love my home state VERY much even though I no longer live there. Louisiana will always be my heart. ⚜️🐊
️⃣ I’ve been married to my wonderful hubs for 12 years. We have 3 wonderful fur children together: two cats, Mike and Zoe, and one amazing pup, Gage. A lack of human kids isn’t related to an inability to have them. We’ve just yet to have the need to do so. Maybe it’ll happen. Maybe it won’t. We’re happy either way.
️⃣ I wanted to be a geologist as a kid and even got a rock collection for Christmas because of it. My draw to rocks and crystals has never really gone away. It’s just evolved into collecting them for various healing properties. Give me amethyst, citrine, lapis lazuli, etc over a diamond ANY day. 💎📿
️⃣ I only have 1 sibling, and he’s my younger brother (by 4 1/2 yrs), Clayton. We fought like 🐱&🐶 throughout childhood. My mom always harped on me that I only had one sibling, and that we had better love each other. We super tight now, but I’ve always been and always will be willing to take a bullet for him. No questions asked. We may have fought a lot as kids, but I will always protect him. Always.
️⃣ I pull tarot cards daily after meditation. Tarot isn’t “fortune telling” or “predicting the future”. Tarot is most similar to a mirror. It only reflects what is already within you. It’s also not literal. It uses archetypes across 72 different cards to cover all the various human emotions and situations. In other words, I use it as a way to better myself a little more everyday. Cards like “The Hanged Man” and “Death” mean a release of sorts for the former and a major transformation for the latter. ✨🌙✨ I tag @momruncraft
