How to go from no meal to delicious meal in 20 minutes! Tell me, what are your best tips for getting dinner on the table asap!?
Step 1: heat oven to 350. Douse broccolette in avocado oil and curry powder. Roast until crispy (~15 min), add golden raisins to pan halfway through.
Step 2: set a large pot and a small pot of water on the stove top, bring both to a boil. Large pot for soba noodles, small pot for soft boiled egg.
Step 3: mix some sliced scallion, roasted peanuts peanuts, lime juice, and chopped basil. Also thin out some tahini with a bit of water.
Step 4: assemble!! Line bottom of bowl with tahini sauce. Pile on the crispy broccolette, the basil+peanuts, cooked soba noodles, & a soft boiled egg. Sprinkle with maldon and Aleppo!
