Noodles and veggies for dinner 🍲
Ce soir c’est ma recette veggie du jour : courgettes et tofu grillé sauce inspiration thaï, ces délicieuses courgettes et tofu croustillant sont rapides à préparer. 15 min top chrono c’est prêt. Elles resteront donc croquantes et vous pourrez les déguster quand bon vous semble. Astuce : Si vous n'avez pas prévu de déguster ce plat après l'avoir préparé, réservez les courgettes et la sauce séparément au réfrigérateur.
Ingrédients pour 2 portions:
・Tofu ferme (180 g)
・Beurre de cacahuètes (30 g)
・Sauce soja (25 ml)
・Jus de citron (1 c. à soupe, 15 ml)
・Piment en poudre (à votre convenance)
・Gingembre frais, râpé (2 g)
・1 Gousse d'ail (3 g)
・2 Courgette (460 g)
・Graines de sésame (2 c. à soupe, 14 g)
Instructions pour 2 portions:
1. Séchez le tofu à l'aide d'un torchon propre ou morceau d'essuie-tout puis coupez-le en morceaux de la taille d'une bouchée.
2.Placez les cubes de tofu dans une poêle et cuisez à feu moyen pendant environ 5 minutes jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient dorés.
3. Pendant ce temps, préparez la sauce en mélangeant le beurre de cacahuètes, la sauce soja, le jus de citron, le piment en poudre et le gingembre.
4. Épluchez la gousse d'ail puis écrasez-la dans la sauce. Mélangez bien.
5. Placez la moitié de la sauce dans la poêle, recouvrez-en le tofu et cuisez pendant encore 3 minutes.
6. Couper les courgettes en dès.
8. Mélangez les courgettes avec le reste de la sauce et cubes de tofu. Garnissez de graines de sésame.

So, I'm an avid oil enthusiast. I put olive oil on EVERYTHING 😱🌱but tonight I decided to try something a little different and attempt a completely oil free meal with sauteed veggies. And? It was amazing!!! I felt so healthy and clean after I ate and all of the flavor was still there, without the greasiness. I was worried about the veggies cooking without anything but water, but they didn't stick and everything turned out great. I might be convinced to introduce more oil-free cooking into my life 🙈📍DISCLAIMER: YES I still put a ton of olives on my food sue me!!

A new study published in the British Medical Journal found that people who consumed the highest amounts of calcium did not have a reduction in bone fractures or osteoporosis. In fact, those who consumed the most calcium (more than 1,137 milligrams per day) had higher rates of hip fractures and similar rates of osteoporosis, compared with those who consumed less. Researchers looked at more than 60,000 Swedish women over 19 years and concluded no significant benefit to consuming more than 700 milligrams of calcium per day for bone health.
Despite growing scientific evidence that dairy products are not necessary and that they may even be harmful, the federal government continues to recommend that we consume them. The U.S. Department of Agriculture just released its new food guide icon, MyPlate, to replace the food pyramid. The new plate image, which recommends increased fruit and vegetable consumption, still reserves a special place for dairy products. El resultado del Brownie de ayer fue este 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤 Lo acompañe con nutella casera. Receta:
- medio vaso de avellana tostadas.
- 2 cucharadas de cacao en polvo.
- 2 dátiles.
- leche de avena (la cantidad dependerá de si quieres tipo crema para untar o bien más líquido para que sea tipo sirope).
- unas gotas de extracto de vainilla.
Mezcla todos los ingredientes secos en el procesador de alimentos y después ves añadiendo poco a poco la leche de avena y la vainilla. Ves mezclando hasta conseguir la textura deseada. Último paso, disfrutarla 😋😋😋.
