Fiz esse prato ontem em 1h, usando coisas que eu encontrei em casa na hora e ficou muito, muito gostoso mesmo. Um jeito um pouco diferente de comer a batata amor paixão mundial. É bem fácil e dividida em 3 processos bem simples. Aí vai: Batata ao forno com creme de castanha
2 batatas medias
1 cebola pequena
3 dentes de alho
1/2 xícara de castanha de caju
Alecrim, orégano, salsa, pimenta, sal e azeite de oliva
1 - Corta a batata em cubos do mesmo tamanho, tempera bem (usei o alecrim, orégano, sal, pimenta e azeite) e taca no forno a 230° até ficar numa consistência bacana (fica uns 40min)
2 - Deixa a castanha de caju de molho em água fervente (meia hora, mais ou menos)
Enquanto espera a castanha e a batata, refoga a cebola e o alho (usei azeite, sal e manjericão desidratado)
3 - Lava a castanha que tava de molho e bate no liquidificador ou no mixer com o refogado de cebola e alho e água fervente (vai colocando aos poucos, dá mais ou menos 1/3 xícara, mas vai cuidando pra ficar na consistência que vc quer), ajuste o sal no final.
Batatas no prato, joga o molho por cima, pimenta e salsinha picada pra finalizar e pode comer com muito gosto!

Good evening my friends. I've been so busy recently that I nearly forgot about instagram 😂 Sorry for not answering messages and not replaying to your comments on my posts 😢 For last 6 days after work I've been helping my boyfriend with his bussines and all together we worked every day about 16 hours... But to remind you that I'm still alive I have some old recipe for you. Chocolate cake with strawberry 'butter cream' 🤗🤗 🍓
For a cake (15 cm round cake tin): 1 cup melted raw chocolate (or just regular vegan dark chocolate - min 75% cacao)
1/3 cup almond milk
1/4 cup coconut nectar
2 Tbsp tahini
2 Tbsp almond butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp strawberry powder
Blend all ingredients in high speed blender. Line the bottom of a cake tin with baking paper, pour the mixture over and set in the freezer overnight. Take the cake out of the tin and leave it in a fridge to defrost.
For a 'butter cream':
1/2 cup cashews
1/2 cup chopped strawberries
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 tsp strawberry powder
Soak cashews for 6 hours, drain, rinse and blend with the rest of ingredient. Chill in the fridge for 3-4 hours. Using either hand or electric mixer beat the mixture until smooth and fluffy (it might take few minutes). Using angled icing spatula cover whole cake with generous layer of icing, set in the fridge for half an hour. Sprinkle with strawberry powder and decorate with fresh fruits. 🍓

📢🍫 Epic brownie recipe: Since I kinda winged it, these are not exact measurements but you a going for a very thick, googey consistency for the batter - you should have to squeeze it into your brownie tray. So with that being said let’s get to it: - 2 flax eggs (or regular eggs if not vegan) - 2 cups unsweetened cocoa powder - 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour (I used spelt)
- 1/2 tbsp backing powder |ä
- 1/2 cup cane sugar - 1 cup rice malt syrup (agave, date syrup or honey if not vegan) - 1 Tbsp vanilla extract - 1/4 cup almond flour (you can just blend up almonds) - Optional: walnuts and vegan chocolate for topping - 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted butter would work too)
- 1/2 cup Almond milk
1. combine cane sugar, flax eggs, coconut oil, rice malt syrup and vanilla in one bowl as well as all the other ingredients in a second bowl
2. Add the sugar paste to the second bowl and whisk everything very well. If the batter is to dry, add more almond milk to the mixture
3. Transition the batter into a lined brownie tray / baking tray and press it evenly into it. Add desired toppings.
4. Put into the oven (180 degrees, fan forced) for about 25-30 min or until the edges are dark and slightly cracked.
5. Let cool down completely before cutting and removing them from the tray (about an hour)

🍫Blueberry brownie parfait🍫
Perfect quick recipe for when you have leftover browniiies. I'm going to insert my recipe, the best high protein vegan brownies ever: -1/2 cup oat flour
-1 scoop hemp protein
-1 tsp baking powder and baking soda
-1/4 cup cacao powder
-1/4 cup almond butter
-2 tbsp brown sugar
-2 tbsp agave
-1 egg or flax egg
-2 tbsp soy yogurt
-1/4 cup soy milk
-1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1. Mix all of your dry and wet ingredients separately
2. Combine both and pour into a mould.
3.Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 15 minutes
4. So now that you have your nice and fudgy brownie, you have to leave it to cool for about 1 hour
5. Once cool, crumble your brownie
6. Into a cute glass, add some frozen blueberries, some creamy rice milk or coconut whipped cream , your crumbled brownie, and some more fresh bluerries on top
7. This is a perfect fancy way of serving the best ever brownies!!! I love it!❤

Blend a cup of cooked beans in a blender with enough water to make a thick paste. .
Cut open baguette bread or torta bread. .
Cover both cut sides with bean paste.
Sprinkle on your favorite cheese.
Bake until crispy and the cheese is melted. I did this for 5 minutes in a toaster over.
Cover in a pico de gallo
2 toma tomato’s chopped, 1/4 onion diced, a handful of cilantro and the juice of a fresh lime. Salt and pepper to taste. .

4 large ripe peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced (can sub with canned peaches, about 4 cups)
1/2 cup agave nectar or brown sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp sea salt
4 Tbsp vegan butter
1 cup unbleached flour
1/2 cup white sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 nut milk
1 tsp vanilla
Big Pinch of cinnamon
✔Toss all the fruit filling ingredients in a saucepan over medium high heat. Peaches will soften and release extra juice, so keep it at a soft rolling boil until slightly thickened and reduced, careful not to burn. Remove from heat and set aside.
✔Meanwhile, dot your 4 Tbsp of butter in a baking dish (13"x9" or I used 9" pie dish )and place into oven. Preheat oven to 350°F and allow your butter to melt.
✔Next combine the rest of batter ingredients and whisk until smooth. Remove hot dish from oven and slowly batter pour in. ✔Then carefully spoon peach filling over batter, spreading out evenly.
✔Bake for about 40-45 minutes, Then hi-broil for about 2 minutes for slightly crunchy top. Serve warm with some (vegan) ice cream. YUM!

3) соль, перец, чеснок, паприка по вкусу - соевый соус по вкусу ▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️
Пока овощи обжариваются, фунчозу залить кипятком на минут 5, а потом добавить в сковороду к овощам. Залить соевым соусом и потушить вместе минут 5-10! Готово 😃 проще некуда 👌🏻🤤🤤🤤

- Salz, Pfeffer, Knoblauch, Paprika und Sojasauce nach Geschmack ▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️
Die Glasnudeln in heißes Wasser 5min legen und Gemüse anbraten.
Dann die Nudeln und die Sojasauce dazugeben und etwa 5-10 min schmoren lassen! Fertig! 👌🏻

turmeric activate tea at around 2-3pm when I usually flop & it keeps me going right until meal time 👍🌱🌸🍂
🌼For the golden milk, you’ll need...
~ turmeric root (around a thumb size,, or you can use ground)
~ 1 cup organic oat milk
~ ginger root (around half a thumb size,, or you can use ground)
~ grind black pepper (to really get the most out of the curcumin!)
~ tiny squeeze agave nectar
~ 1tsp coconut oil
~ 1tbsp cinnamon
🌼& just simply...
~ pour, shake & drizzle all the ingredients into a blender & combine until frothy
~ transfer into a pan & place over a medium heat ~ bring to a v low simmer & keep on stirring for around 10mins
~ pour into your favourite warmed mug, shake a little ground turmeric over & indulge in all the creamy comfort !

Today's post is a sandwich that doesn't look like much, but boy was it tasty! 😋
We used Irish Pride whole grain sliced bread. This is the only sliced bread we have found that is vegan and palm oil free.
🌱 Chickpeas roughly mashed in a bowl
🌱 Add minced garlic, finely diced pickles, half 1 red onion, english mustard, veganaise, apple cider vinegar, salt/pepper and some fresh herbs. We used parsley in this batch of filling. 🌱 Spread onto your bread and enjoy!!
