Se llego el mejor día para comenzar bien la semana .
Pero ¿sabes que es uno de los mejores días para entrenar? esto se debe a distintas razones que pueden ayudar fácilmente a que la motivación se eleve y salgas dar lo mejor de ti en tu primer workout de la semana. Entre estas razones se encuentran:
1. Comiste demasiado el fin de semana y las dietas, casi siempre, comienzan los lunes. Que mejor que darle ese empujón extra que con una buena rodada
2. Descansaste el fin de semana y tendrás más energía
3. Hacer ejercicio oxigena la sangre y con esto te activas, rendirás mejor el resto del lunes y no se te hará tan pesado .
Tiempo a solas. El fin de semana disfrutaste con tu familia y amigos, es momento de relajarte y tener tu espacio. Hazlo con una sesión por la mañana o tarde del lunes .

❤️ Tiny is getting some tweaks and trying to figure out where I will put product from all of our incredible talent plus our own. All while narrowing down a simple process to create our signs. Robert had a tough day yesterday...the upset of one small failure. I hate to see him so hard on himself but it truly fuels my passion to help find ways for him to learn better coping skills and have the support there when we need it most. We will get there though. #babysteps

Good wkend of basketball for us. Struggled some on the 1st day but my girls were resilient. They experienced the real highs & lows of March Madness. On Sat was down 10 & won on a 3pt at the buzzer (luck of the Irish maybe ☘️🤷🏾♂️). Sunday in championship game was down 10 again(we gotta get that trend corrected) and lost on a 3pt bankshot. Great learning experience for us as we continue to get better. Although I am not new to baking, I definitely am not perfect, and sometimes make mistakes. The great thing to remember is to learn from what you did wrong the first time, so the next time you don’t make the same mistake. I used a new technique using a springform pan, and forgot to cover the pan before putting it in the water bath. Water got into my first cake and although it taste good it was a disaster. Initially I was mad, but I had to pull myself together, buy new Ingredients and start all over. Something as simple as this has taught me a life lesson. No matter how long it takes, never give up, keep pressing in spite of a mess you may be facing. Trust the process, Embrace growth, and don’t be afraid to try again.
