Always been a fan of hitting back with different angles, one of my key favourites is the “DB Row With Head On Bench”
This movement is fantastic as it keeps the tension on the muscle consistent and allows you to force proper activation of the lats, rhomboids and trap muscles.
TIP - Use in a descending set if this movement is new - try doing reps of 15,12,10,8 through 4 sets allowing your nervous system to adjust to the increasing load so you can figure out how much tension should be applied before you go “too heavy”. Keep form as strict as possible throughout every rep.
