Rest day today. I need it to be honest after yesterday's brutal squats...I really felt them last night...I fell asleep at 4pm 😂. I swear by Epsom salts but they are so pricey to buy in small bags from the shops so I bulk buy mine from eBay...£17.25 for 25 kg is a great price...free delivery too. I use these every could of days after training to help alleviate my poor tired body. I would strongly recommend these to anybody who trains hard. I'm looking forward to a SMR and stretch session later and a nice, long hot soak in the bath. When I use these, I put about a half kilo in at a time. I also recant the massive bag into an airtight tub that I have so that they stay nice and fresh.
