What a brilliant race. It was in honour of Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
No sun show today, all cool weather, bit of humid. One of the most scenic root I ever raced on.
We started From Garh Gate in jhalawar, a heritage site, and on the way were small villages, smooth black roads, except few small patches, lush green endless lands on both sides of road, villagers cheering up all across the route, volunteers at correct points, helping out riders. Everything was perfectly aligned.
Last 15 kms were the best ones, as drizzle started. It was purely refreshing and worked as energiser.
Well I finished in good time. Totally satisfied. Team Kroytos did well with getting a Podium in MTB category. I stood on no. 6.
More races to come.

Is it the most important meal of the day?
Short answer: No, it's not!
Long answer: If you're a morning person who enjoys a breakfast meal and you feel that helps you stay focused and energetic, then great by all means enjoy your breakfast meal.
But what if you're not a breakfast person? Many people would rather enjoy a cup of coffee or tea in the morning and later on during the day they would sit for their first meal, which is totally okay because it fits into their lifestyle!
Will those people suffer from metabolic damage? No!
Are their bodies going to get into starvation mode? A big NO as well!
Starvation mode sounds logical enough, but falling for it hampers your progress, and limits your choices when other options are available.
If skipping meals puts you in starvation mode, what about skipping eating altogether, for over a year? Because that’s exactly what happened in 1973, where a man weighing 207kg fasted under supervision for 382 days. During the fast, he lost 125kg of weight. The real kicker is that 5 years later, he was still maintaining a weight of 89kg.
•You don't get into starvation mode by skipping breakfast.
•The best diet is the one you stick to(whether it includes a breakfast meal or not!).
If that ain't just the realest thing I have ever seen.

Happy Monday! For weeks I've been toying with the idea of starting a fitness, beauty and lifestyle account and today I've finally grown the balls to commit!
For a few years I've been really interested in all things beauty and I'm always looking for new ways to keep fit and yummy recipes to try! 😋This account will document my 'fitness journey, (a term I use loosely as I'm no fitness expert!), feature all my fav beauty picks and any new foods I whip up in the kitchen! I really hope you join me on this journey! 💖
