Makaron z groszkiem i cukinią 🔥#dietetykanapumie Od zeszłego tygodnia zaczęłam zajęcia praktyczne,jednym z przedmiotów/fakultetów są zajęcia w kuchni. Dania są przygotowywane ze względu na daną jednostkę chorobową. Według mnie takie zajęcia mega zachęcają do pichcenia i próbowania nowych przepisów. Ten oto makaron powstał z myślą o osobach zmagających się z podwyższonym ciśnieniem,chorobami krążenia czy cukrzycą. A oto receptura: ok. 200 ml wywaru jarzynowego, • ok. 200 g makaronu razowego rurki nacięte – rigatoni, • 200 g pomidorów, • 100 g fasolki szparagowej świeżej lub mrożonej, • ok. 150 g cukinii, • 150-200 g groszku zielonego świeżego lub mrożonego, • 2 łyżki oleju rzepakowego • ½ łyżeczki curry, kilka listków bazylii, pieprz. Warzywa umyć. Fasolkę oczyścić, cukinie pokroić na 0,5 cm plasterki. Pomidory pokroić w 1 cm paski. W woku (lub płaskim rondlu) gotować groszek w wywarze jarzynowym, stopniowo dolewając wywaru, dodać pomidory i gotować na dużym ogniu 2 min. W innym rondlu zagotować 3 l wody. Do wrzątku wsypać makaron i fasolkę, gotować ok. 6-7 min, dodać cukinie, i gotować ok. 3 min. ODCEDZIĆ. ZOSTAWIĆ trochę wody z makaronu. Makaron z jarzynami przełożyć do patelni. Curry rozpuścić w łyżce ciepłej wody, i dodać do makaronu. Wlać ”trochę pozostawionej wody”; gotować na dużym ogniu. Dodać oliwę, bazylię, pieprz i od razu podawać w wazie. Přiznám se, že nejsem velký milovník polévek🙊 U hlavního jídla ji nepotřebuju a jako hlavní chod nezasytí. Protože proč? Protože tam velmi často chybí zdroj bílkoviny💪 Což není případ téhle polévky. Dělala jsem ji podle třetí knížky @fitreceptyapp , je krásně hustá, rajčatová a jako zdroj bílkovin tam najdete fazole a trhané kuře. Pokud k tomu ještě přidáte čerstvý @chlebabrno , budete v nebi☺️ Na tři porce: na lžíci řepkového oleje si orestujte nakrájenou cibuli. Pak přidejte česnek na plátky, nechte zezlátnout a přidejte 200 g rajčat🍅na kostky a 300 g červených fazolí z plechovky. Přiklopte a nechte povařit 5 minut. Přilijte 500 ml zeleninového vývaru, opět přiklopte a nechte vařit 30 minut. Nakonec do polévky přidejte trhané kuře - třeba zbytek od oběda. Dochuťte (tohle má vždy na starost @ondraha , vezme hmoždíř, něco tam potluče a najednou to jídlo chutná úplně jinak🤔😀). Já přidala i rajčatovou pastu, rajčata teď nejsou moc masitá a polévku jsem chtěla pěkně hustou. Ozdobila trochou zakysanky a čerstvým koriandrem.
