🌴 Coconut Water Ice Cubes, as needed
🍇 1 @Sambazon
Original or Pure Unsweetened Superfruit Pack
🌿 2 Leaves Basil
Fill an ice cube tray with coconut water and freeze. Cut your Sambazon Superfruit pack in half, break into chunks in your blender. Add watermelon pieces, coconut water ice cubes, and basil. Blend until combined, adding more ice cubes as needed. Pour into a glass, add a paper or metal straw, and enjoy!!!! 😎❄️ #sambazonau #acai #slushie

AFC is the largest distributor of SRF (snake river farms) steaks in the PH. Grabe, the quality of their Gold beef can be compared to Kobe/Omi A5 grades. This one's wagyu gold striploin. Super sarap! Will post the article sa TFS blog site soon.

Avocado toast just never goes “out of fashion”, and there’s a good reason for that: it’s delicious. 🥑
It’s also healthy, colorful, clean eating at its best, especially when you jazz it up a little with some heirloom tomatoes, thin wisps of red onion, plus a scrumptious homemade cilantro-sunflower seed pesto.
Oh, and did I mention the crisp prosciutto that’s a part of this lil’ avocado toast party? Yeah, there’s that too. You’re welcome. 😉

So...long story short, I was finally able to execute an edible and functional gluten-free tortilla (with significant help from Jeff). It still needs improvement, but progress has been made in my quest for gluten-free, dairy-free tacos. Apparently corn masa mix is essential - it can't just be corn flour. My friend, @knufm

Tiap pagi pasti gengges banget dr mikurin sarapan apa termasuk prepare nya. Yang paling simple selain roti oles aneka selai plus susu nasi goreng juga menjadi salah satu menu sarapan yang relatif mudah disajikan ya moms.
Nah buat memangkas acara ngupas dan ngulek bumbunya, saya pake Adabi perencah nasi goreng dari @adabi_indonesia.
Bumbu nasi goreng siap pakai dengan rasa dan aroma persis kayak ngulek sendiri. Udah pernah nyobain?

Sebagai tambahannya saya masukan ayam, telur, kol dan daun bawang plus nasi tentunyaaaah... Tinggal tumis aduk angkat, beresss... Nasi goreng adabi
250 gr nasi
1 bks adabi perencah nasi goreng
1 btr telur
1 btg daun bawang
4 lmbr kol, iris
4 sdm olive oil
1/2 ptg dada ayam, potong dadu
Tumis adabi perencah nasi goreng dengan olive oil, masukan telur dan ayam, masak hingga ayam berubah warna. Tambahkan kol dan bawang daun, aduk. Masukan nasi, aduk rata. Angkat, sajikan dgn pelengkap. .

Blood orange salmon and broccoli. Simple and delicious. All from @communitymarkets.
Orange marinade was half a fresh squeezed blood orange, sea salt, dried rosemary, coriander, black pepper and garlic. Broccoli sautéed with olive oil and fresh garlic.
Crunchy, spicy garlic tofu 😛 I’ve been in a big tofu mood lately so I brought back a fav. Tofu: chop up a block of extra firm tofu (extra firm is important because you don’t want it to get crumbly and fall apart!!) and put the pieces in a towel to soak up the extra water. While they were drying make the sauce. Sauce: 6 cloves garlic, super minced, 2 tablespoons coconut sugar, 3 teaspoons of sriracha, 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of rice vinegar, 2 teaspoons of sesame oil! Once you’ve mixed that up, take a bit of the sauce out and mix 1 tablespoon of corn starch to thicken it up! Add the corn starch slurry back into the sauce. Next, take your dried tofu cubes and in a bowl sprinkle them with corn starch and salt until evenly covered. Heat a pan of oil and put the cubes in, letting them crisp up until golden brown on all sides! Toss them and enjoy 👅 I love mine with rice, lots of scallions, nori komi furikake rice seasoning, avocado and lime 🍙🥑🌶

Mendocino Farms is a classic Los Angeles staple and their curry couscous salad is one of my absolute favorite sides! So I decided to recreate it with some nutritious substitutions including gluten free chickpea @eatbanza
pasta! Recipe ⬇️
1/2 head chopped cauliflower
1/3 cup @primalkitchenfoods
avocado oil mayo
6 small carrots cubed
1 box @eatbanza
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tbsp curry powder
1/2 tbsp turmeric
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/8 tsp cayenne
1 1/2 tbsp minced cilantro
1-2 tbsp lime juice
Salt to taste
1-2 tbsp olive oil ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Bring water to boil and make 1 box of @eatbanza
shells. Mix spices with 1-2 tbsp olive oil and mix in carrots and cauliflower. Place on baking sheet and make for 8 minutes at 450. Remove carrots and add to bowl. Cook cauliflower for 4-6 more minutes. Add cauliflower to carrots and pasta. Mix in mayo, cilantro and lime juice. Let cool in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Serve cold and enjoy!
