Throwback to Isaiah’s insane block 🔥
I was selfish to stop posting my gym pics. I never took into account that it could motivate someone else. Anyways, gym pictures have returned. No matter how much I regressed, i'm pushing forward to get back to where I was and go ever farther #ThatSLOWGrind
My mom told me an interesting fact about my childhood that I was never aware of until yesterday and it really made me realize how far I have come since then. Long story short when I was a baby just few months old, I suffered from massive convulsions that the Doctors couldn't figure out the cause, they basically gave up on me and said that I suffered brain damage that would have massive consequences to my learning capabilities. I was even put into special courses during my first few years of school. And now I am proud and happy to say that at 22, one semester early, I am a college graduate with a GPA above a 3.8. I am proud not only because of my good grades but because no matter what has gone on in my personal life, no matter the hardship or the heartbreak, I always came up on top, and I remained consistent with my performance in school. That's what I am proud of. I decided on not going through all that ceremony stuff because it's not my thing, but I want to say a quick congratulations to all the peeps that have graduated as well, keep on striving for greatness! #thatslowgrind
IT back at it in the locker room 😂
Before the last knee injury, been slowly battling back for 12+ months with so many set backs. I'm finally 3-4 weeks away from this again. #thatslowgrind
First home game as a member of the Hingham Harbormen was amazing! Slowly but surely becoming the player I want to be. #thatSLOWgrind
Last year I got a call 📲 from a friends dad. He’s a business owner and he told me that he was planning something huge for his son ( my best friend) . He told me that he wanted to surprise his son for his birthday 🎊 with a trip to the DR 🇩🇴 and he was gonna take me and some of other friends with them. Obviously I agree. .
So he flys us out to the DR 🇩🇴 , gets us beautiful resort. We all had our own room/bathroom, high ceilings, great view... like it literally couldn’t have been any better. Every meal was steak/lobsters and whatever else we wanted. Deep sea fishing 🎣 , atv riding , VIP at every club. Literally treated like kings 👑 for 4 days. Best days of my life so far lol 🤷🏽♂️
For me outside of all the fun we had. It was the freedom that his father had to take his son and friends on the trip of a lifetime that really stuck with me. I barely had 2 nickels to rub together at the time and it let me see first hand the lifestyle I wanted to create for myself. His father was never handed anything, he built his businesses from scratch and now his kids kids kids are set for life 💰🔐
A lot of y’all are trying to secure money for rent next month. I’m trying secure generational wealth for my last name. We’re having different conversations 🤐
Thank you Phil for inviting me to a trip that changed my life and showing me that someone can start from nothing and in 1 lifetime change everything. #GratitudeOn
IT donated 150 toys to kids! How can you hate this man??? 🤨
IT changing people’s lives
It’s safe to say if you’re guarding @kyrieirving
in a late game/clock situation with your feet behind the line he’s going to make you pay.
245x3x5 and then I decided to attempt to strict press it and I PR'd pretty easily, past strict press pr was 225 😃 #thatslowgrind
To some(the untrained eye) it may seem like his passes are excessive and flashy. His craftiness was done out of a need to get the ball from point A to point B as quickly as possible. He just so happened to possess an artistic innate ability to do so. Some things you can teach in basketball and this is definitely not one of them. @manuginobili
is definitely one of the greatest basketball players to play the game! Dude just played winning basketball.
Nearly that time for his comeback⌚️🤫
