I've met this wonderful woman, @nic0310_sw , once but the positive imapact she has had on my running, my weight loss and my positivity is huge. Today she runs her first half marathon and I'm so proud and a little bit jealous I'm not there with her.
We couldn't run at all over a year ago. Two years ago we could barely waddle at speed, well me for sure. Six months ago we were over joyed at ourselves for completing a 10k and now we are half marathon runners.
