HEALTH 4 LIFE NUTRITION RAW CHOCOLATE
•1/2 cup Health 4 Life Nutrition Cacao Butter
•1/2 cup virgin coconut oil
•1/2 cup Health 4 Life Nutrition Organic Cacao Powder
•1/4 – 1/2 cup agave syrup for sweetening
(organic honey, stevia or pure maple syrup are okay too; or you don’t have to use any sweetener at all for low carb)
1.Place Cacao Butter and coconut oil in a water in a small, heat-safe cup or bowl. Then place the cup or bowl in a shallow pan containing a small amount of warm (not boiling, but nearly) water. Stir the oil and butter occasionally until it’s smooth.
2.Add the Cacao Powder. Stir continuously until smooth.
3.If you want to sweeten your chocolate, pour 4-6 tbsp agave nectar (or sweetener of choice) into the mix and stir. If not, skip this step.
4.Check if the chocolate is sweet enough. You can also add any of the additions (suggestions listed below) at this point
5. Pour the melted chocolate on a tray. Place the chocolate for 30 minutes in the freezer or 60 minutes in the refrigerator.
However, if you want to jazz it up a bit, here are some ideas for what you can add.
•lucuma powder (sweetener, also makes the chocolate more milk chocolate like)
•crushed nuts, almonds, seeds
•green tea extract
•or anything else you like!

My Monday hasn’t gotten off to the best start🤦🏼♀️
But I’m keeping my focus on the things I can control....like nutrient timing and how I fuel my body👊🏻
Speaking of nutrient timing, let’s talk a little bit about intermittent fasting.
Have you tried it?
This is something I’ve experimented with in the past, but have gotten more intentional about implementing most recently. Mainly because I find that my body feels best when I’m in that early morning fasted state. By giving my digestive system that much needed break, really helps keep my energy levels steady🏃♀️ .
When I do break my fast I typically do so with a light meal like this superfood shake or big salad of some sort🥗
I find that keeping my meals light throughout the day really helps with both my energy and mental clarity.
I’m curious, have you tried intermittent fasting? If so, whats one tip you found that worked for you?
