A stress free way to waste less veggies and extend their use is to throw them in a pot and make a soup! 🥣 Here, I am using salad ingredients such as julienned zucchini, bell peppers, tomatoes, red onion, green onion, garlic, olive oil, red wine vinegar and water. I let these veggies simmer for 20-30 minutes then immersion blend into a bisque! This would go wonderfully with any protein rich dish for a balanced meal. This recipe is #vegan #paleo

For the most part, I think most are goal-oriented. We all have goals in business or personal, health-related or financially....I want to “start eating healthy, working out, lose x lbs, make a million dollars, grow a successful business”...fill in the blank. However, we may lack the road map to get to our big hairy goals.
I’ve realized the past few months it has been the opposite for me. I’ve been training for a race I had yet to commit to. I was committed to the process however lacking a concrete goal. It actually left me unattached to the training. I’ve felt awesome physically but mentally I was completely checked out. Despite feeling great it was hard to get out the door...the brain is in control of the legs. Since finally committing myself to a race 🙌 and the miles and the mindset are clicking. Just like that🤦♀️
We need both to be successful, to stay motivated and hold ourselves accountable. The process of putting one foot in front of the other wouldn’t be as meaningful without goals and goals are unattainable without continual forward movement regardless of how little each step is. .

DINNER FOR ONE....well, well what a turn around because a few years ago dinner for one would’ve been a handful of Jaffa Cakes & a large G&T. This was the time when EVERYTHING health-wise was going WRONG for me (bad skin, bad mood, PMS, migraines, wisdom tooth pain, gut issues), which is obvious to see when I look back, but the choices I made then took years to rectify.
One of the most common things I hear in my clinic is from women who say “when I hit my 40’s my health went downhill”. I can honestly say, thanks to my studies as I’ve got older I FEEL BETTER THAN EVER, I don’t want to ever be that person saying those words! For that reason I’m constantly reading, researching & going on courses because I want my clients to feel as amazing as I do 💚
I always think it’s bizarre that people are happy to pay gym membership or PT fees & not see results but balk at paying to see a Nutritional Therapist or other CAM Practitioner for their expertise. I LOVE working with my clients because I’ve been there, I know their journey & nothing makes me feel better than when they contact me to tell me how well it’s going for them!
So in essence this long & rambly post was to say: look after YOURSELF, pay for expertise & love living the rewards 💚🌈🧡 (oh & dinner was bloody lovely 👌🏼)

Today I’m celebrating My brother, Michael!!!!! He has drank his shakeology for 40 consecutive days. He has gotten up every morning and made it himself! Hey loves!🌞😻 As I stated in my first post, I ADORE sunsets. Over the weekend, I was in Pittsburgh, PA unfortunately for my grandpa’s service. My grandpa Dick was the most generous and loving person I knew. He never failed to make someone smile & always offered to help you with anything that came your way.
Coming back to Dallas on the plane, I saw this sunset from outside the window. I know for a fact that he is now in the presence of our Lord and has found peace, which was evident in this gorgeous sunset. I saw this as reassurance. As guidance. And a reminder of my grandpa’s ETERNAL life & love he has for all of us.

. Incorporar más frutas y verduras
. Consumir solo aceites buenos: de coco extra virgen. De Oliva extra virgen. De lino. De chía. . Aumentar consumo de pescados sobre todo los azules y mariscos y mejillones
. Disminuir verduras cruciferas ya que son bociogenas (cocinarlas siempre. No crudas)
. Algunos plantean eliminar cereales y granos también 🤔 pero todavía no lo he hecho...
