I have to admit, I haven’t been doing much training (both cardio or weights) for the last 10 weeks. Going back to work has been a great adjustment, very early starts, having to travel for work and arrange drop off and pick up for Zul at school. After work I have to play mum til bedtime. And the routine goes day in day out. My routine is out of sync and I was having a hard time adjusting. On holidays at the moment and I’ve managed to squeeze in a parkrun. I resented the run: 1) I got a full bladder, 2) Still full from breakfast 3) IT’S A FREAKING 5 LAP COURSE!!!!!! But I finished. Lovely people here at Highbury Fields parkrun.
Recently I have been appointed in a position at work that is flexible with hours. I’m looking forward to start a new routine that is running and crossfit #startalloveragain#ineedtogetfit#newroutine#runninggoals#weightraining#parkrun#parkrunuk
