goodies last night and omg so impressed with the pizza! Cookies were okay, gonna try them warm this time, might be good with the chocolate melted?? But the pizza!!!! 😍 seriously so good! I will definitely go back and stock up the freezer.
Grilled zucchini, chicken, and avocado-kale salsa 💃🏼 To make the salsa: Dice one large tomato. 🍅 Cut up 2 avocados. 🥑 Cut up half an onion and combine in a bowl. 🍲 Cook 2 handfuls of kale on the stove with olive oil until warm. Combine the kale and a little salt in the bowl. Stick in the fridge or freezer until cold.
Eat and enjoy. 🍽
toddler approved! Still haven’t tried making my own yet but wanted to test the waters with a store bought one first and LOVED it and so did my son 🙌 ill try making some in the future. A little high on sodium - they say to try and make the label read 140mg or less of sodium per serving or 500mg per meal; but Baby steps! I’m definitely a sucker for sodium 😬 #progressnotperfection
