2018 Adult Brown Belt AGF European Champion‼️ 1 submission and won the finals 7-0‼️ Was not an easy accomplishment considering all of the circumstances! Traveling half way around the world, countless hours on trains, partying basically every night, I popped my rib out of place on Monday and wasn't sure I'd even be able to compete and on top of all of that I'm only going on 2 hours of sleep due to setting up the tournament which lasted until 2AM and then I've been reffing all day‼️ Earlier in the year I set a goal to travel out of the country and compete, it feels good to smash goals‼️ Thanks to everyone for their unconditional support‼️ See you all back on the mats next week‼️

Starting to see some gains! Let the toning commence!! I finally hit my weight loss goal. I am now 179lbs and not considered clinically overweight!! Super excited about that! One goal at a time!
Red food day. Started good, forgot photos then it went down hill. There was cake, ribs, salami, cheese 🤭😱🤦🏻♀️
Weight Management Seminar!
Ready to run tonight’s seminar on fad diets ✅✅
I’ve taken almost 2 minutes off the first time I did this block run for the @hiit_australia
homework 🤩 getting fitter and hopefully I’ll be back to running long distances soon 👏🏻
Took myself up the peak this morning. First time I’ve been up in months and I’m surprised I didn’t die! My fitness level isn’t as bad as I thought it was. •
Hiking is by far my favourite way to exercise. I love getting out in nature and getting some fresh air. It helps me clear my head and gives me some alone time where I can listen to my favourite 00’s music without being judged 😜
Don’t get me wrong, I love working out and lifting weights too but there’s just something about outdoor cardio! •
Are you a gym junkie or are you more of a nature exerciser??
Back workout tonight ft just another gym selfie👅💪🏼 Honestly felt so lazy and low in energy so it was a quick workout but still felt good🤷🏼♀️ I used to think a good workout is a long workout but it’s not all that. As long as you engage your muscles properly; mind to muscle connection. The length of a workout shouldn’t define the quality of it☺️ Or maybe I’m just trying to make myself feel better😂
Try these for your next back day. Just the bread and butter of my back workouts to try and grow some lats to create that hour glass look⌛️
- Assisted pull ups ss unilateral seated rows
- Wide grip lat pull downs ss straight arm cable pull downs
- Face pulls
- Single arm lat pull downs
- Finished with tricep pulldowns on cables
And 15 min incline walk on treadmill💦
