This Thursday 22/11 I am going to open my home for you guys to call in and check out all of my displays, have a play around with the products, check out this week's catalogue and have some laughs!! I am thinking of doing TWO sessions so one in the morning and one in the arvo to catch everyone.
This will allow me to absolutely SMASH the goal I have set myself and will let me engage with all of you lovely people and put a face to the names on here.

I felt really inspired and motivated today but I definitely do not feel that way all the time. I had new opportunities today that I was afraid of but I gave it a go and it turned out great.
Change can be so scary and I guess we can all have a fear of failure when we want to try and achieve goals. But we shouldn’t fear failure, failure is great. It’s what drives us to learn and grow and without it how would we reflect back and know what to do next time? Failure teaches us about ourselves, it makes us strong and it drives us to do better next time.
Whenever I am afraid of change or worried about failing, I say to myself try it at least three times - give something three goes before you decide you don’t want to do it. I promise, if you do this you will be so happy you even just did it the first time.
Don’t be afraid - be optimistic to grow.

Week 5 of the gym challenge! So much has changed for me. Today I had the best run ever..I even managed to conquer running up this hill. So good to finally be feeling fitter and healthier! 2 weeks of the challenge to go so it’s time to knuckle down on being consistent and I am going to smash my goals!
Dune Hiking 😓 Another challenge for me and that mediocre fitness level of mine 😂 but again, it was so worth it to tackle the dunes and get spectacular panoramic views of Huacachina and of the desert far beyond (some of which I will upload for you 😉) - and the feeling of being on top of the world! 💪 #SmashingGoals

Don’t be fooled by social media. My 2016 Nissan has a huge dent on that side and this Gucci bag was passed down to me from my mom. I’m a personal trainer and I like fried foods even though I know it’s not the best for me (on prep so I can’t have it but I’m just saying). We’re all trying to make it out here. It’s great that IG shows our best, but sometimes we just need to remember we’re human - not superhuman, the untouchable, but just HUMAN. I’m not going to forget who I am while trying to get to where I want to be. I’m grateful.
Getting my head around what my plans are for the upcoming week, writing down my goals and plans to smash them! By taking my goals a week at a time it seems less overwhelming and easier to accomplish.

Over the last 8 months I have made one of the biggest most amazing decisions I could have possibly made starting up my own business and going it alone . I just pop oats and water into a bowl, microwave for 30 seconds, stir, another 30 seconds in microwave then add protein powder, stir in, then add blueberries on top 🙌🏼🤤😍

Ok Mummas (and dads), let's get real for a moment..... the subject of new year's resolutions has been very apparent and it has got me thinking, why do we all wait till the new year to "start" something? why not NOW?
I mean it's not like it improves our chances of success, I dont know about you but I've had the same NY resolution for the past 5 years 😂 so this time I'm not waiting till new year I'm starting today!

What is something that you always put of till the new year that you actually change/start TODAY?
Great cardio sesh with some core work thrown in!
Basically the idea do 100m row then 5 knee ticks feet on rower seat hands on ground at back of rower then repeat increasing to 200m and 10 etc once 4 sets are done move onto next exercise pairing.
Squats and pushups could be plyometric or weighted for extra challenge 💪🏽 Enjoy!
