Ok first proper food I’ve eaten today...cuppa and some fruit! Not feeling motivated not going to lie...there are some people on here who are perfect all the time (so they say) and that’s fine well done you for having your sh*t together....i do not 😂🤦🏻♀️ the fact I get up everyday with what I have to deal with on a daily basis is a bonus so being 100% on plan at Christmas!!!!
