Exactly what I did last night.... took myself back, kicking and screaming... I ‘rejoined’ at the beginning of the year and really felt ready to get back into weight-loss mode, but I just couldn’t get back into the swing of things and I still didn’t feel like I needed the structure of going to class each week.... but I do, I really really do.
Class and image therapy was such an integral part of my weight-loss journey and without it I’m struggling. I need that weekly ‘reset’ button pressed so I can then draw a line and move on.
So yes, line drawn. I’m exactly 6st 11lbs loss (I was 8st 5.5lb at one point) so I’m just over 1.5stone heavier than the beginning of last Summer (and a ton-load less toned!!!).
So the plan is this:
🔸Plan all my meals
🔸Chop and prepare ‘snacky’ veg (carrot and pepper) 🔸Increase water intake
🔸Syn free wherever possible
🔸No refined sugar snacks (sounds extreme but if you’ve seen my YouTube video on how I was when I wasn’t having it you’ll see why I need to just NOT have it!).
🔸Fill out my @fox_and_moon
