After a week in silence we’re stepping again into the so called normal. It’s strange how the noise and haste of the ordinary feels now so unnatural. Everything feels a bit raw. 🌱
Since early age we’re conditioned to take good care of our physical environment (even if we rarely do so). Eat clean, take vitamins, exercise, get enough sleep and rest, visit the nature etc etc. But how often do we truly mind-detox? 🤔
I wonder how many of us realize that’s it’s actually possible to get a break from the constantly commenting, comparing, worrying, judging, blaming and self-criticizing mind. And it’s not just about the 1-2 minute break we get from watching a sunset, doing some extreme sport or changing a yoga pose🧘♀️. It’s a deeper silence and peace that comes with the shifting of awareness to something that observes the mind itself 👀. Nothing supernatural, just a new perspective of seeing, of observation of the self. The radio can be silenced. And when this happens the whole inner world shifts - and the outer with it 😍🙏💕✨.
