⚓️Sometimes you realize when someone’s soul does not align with yours and that’s ok. Send them love and move along. Right now they’re just not your people, but you never know later on down the path.⚓️
Letting go of that which does not serve you (a limiting belief, a self-sabotaging behavior, an unhealthy relationship, etc.) can be painful.
You'd think it be easy to let go of something that hurts you, but it's not.
Especially if it's been there for a long time.
As creatures of habit, we get attached to our pain.
We get attached to our suffering.
We get attached to things that are familiar, regardless of whether or not they're good for us.
But if you want to UPGRADE your life -- whether it's your biz, your job, your relationships, your health, or anything else -- you have to be willing to accept that pain, KNOWING that your freedom and liberation lies on the side.
The only way out is THROUGH.
It's a never-ending process of constantly going deeper, peeling away the layers, shining the light of awareness, and letting go... Again, and again, and again.
And every time, you get to experience MORE JOY and MORE LOVE and MORE HAPPINESS and MORE SUCCESS and everything else that you desire than ever before.
How beautiful is that?
If you're ready to let go of anything and everything that's no longer serving you, this will be a big component of what my 9 week group program, The Fearless Soul Bootcamp, will be covering.
There are still spaces available.
DM me if you're interested and let's see if you'd be a good fit.
If this posts resonates, you probably would be.
What might be possible for you if you had the committed support of an experienced coach + a tribe of positive, growth-oriented individuals (PLUS guest experts + 9 weeks of experiential, transformational course work)? DM ME. 💯💥🙏🏻❤️✨
LET’S TALK TRANSFORMATIONS!
First picture is from March 2015. I was 18 years old and believed that starving myself was the best way to lose weight. A young girl who believed that lifting weights was only for Men. A girl who was told she was “fat” so she would avoid meals because that’s all she knew. •
Vs 21 year old me. Completely happy with herself. A lady who trains 5 times a week. A lady who is eating 5 meals a day and not afraid to show her muscles. A lady who no longer allows herself to be put down by others. •
There’s the journey and heck, I still have goals to lift heavy shit!!
Life presents us with many challenges causing confusion and lack of sense of direction at times. 🤔 Dont keep sailing toward horizon on autopilot. ⛵️ See confusion as necessary to learn life's lessons. Check in with yourself and ask - what does this situation wants of me? What is the learning in this? You may be surprised with what you will find. 😊♥️
