Anamorphic Transformations: neurological mirroring
We have to remain teachable above everything else. Mentoring can be anything from a kind word, to a sign, to a tiny gesture, to a look, an emoticon or the absence of one, change in body language etc. It can be teaching others a way of life or how to pray, how to proclaim positive healing redemption even unto their souls themselves, or simply sharing profound research.
Imagine a princess shouting at a prince who had just told her… ‘’your eyes are as beautiful and shiny as the stars in heaven …… go away’’.
Unthinkable, ONLY if the princess knows he had just compared her eyes to reflective rocks in orbit in darkness, merely reflecting light from elsewhere?
I have often wondered particularly in the art world how the spiritual institution of not creating any images of anything on earth or in the heavens can influence us, to have drawn caution from so many different pathways set out for the enlightened?
I had the privilege of spending my birthday in Mtsketha in Georgia in Asia. This beautiful village is known internationally mostly for the Svetitskhoveli Cathedral and the Jvari Monastery. It is said that it is here at the cathedral that the robe of Jesus lies buried beneath a pillar structure. Today I wish to highlight this beautiful symbol which reflects ‘light from somewhere else’, taking us back to the topic of neurological mirroring. We mirror, our NEURO SYSTEM, wire with what we see, what we experience. It becomes part of our holographic memories forever.
The picture is of the one of the symbols used in Georgia centuries ago. It reflects: ARMS (Azure, the coat of Jesus proper), SUPPORTERS (Two lions rampant proper), MANTLE (Gules, lined ermine, fringed OR and grand-ducally crowned, in base a balance, a globe and the harp of king David, proper). A beautiful mirror lies just here in Mtsketha for any spiritual person wanting to make the pilgrimage. A jewel indeed.
