150 gr spaghetti
80 Gr Ikan salmon
20 buah Cabai rawit hijau
2 siung Bawang Merah
1 siung Bawang Putih
3 buah Belimbing Wuluh
150 ml Susu cair
25 Gr Krim
Gula pasir secukupnya
Penyedap Rasa Jamur secukupnya
Olive oil .
1. Rebus spaghetti
2. Setelah direbus beri olive oil lagi biar tidak lengket
3. Bumbui salmon dengan garam dan lada kemudian grill
4. Tumis bawang putih dan merah sampai harum lalu masukkan cabe ijo yang sudah dihaluskan, aduk-aduk sebentar
5. Masukkan susu dan krim dan irisan belimbing wuluh lalu aduk-aduk
6. Masukkan spaghetti lalu biarkan bumbu meresap dan air menyusut
7. Setelah itu angkat dan sajikan bersama ikan salmon.

THAI CURRY SOUP WITH SHRIMP
Serves: 3-4 servings
• 2 teaspoons coconut oil
• 2 tablespoons thai curry paste or homemade Thai curry paste *
• 2 cups chicken broth
• 1 can light coconut milk
• 1 cup sliced mushrooms, about 4 ounces
• 12 ounces 36/50 count shrimp, peeled and deveined
• ½ cup shredded cabbage
• 1 cup diced tomato, about 1 medium tomato
• 6 ounces baby spinach
• ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
• 1 lime, quartered
1. Heat oil in large saucepan over medium high heat.
2. Stir in curry paste and sauté for 30 seconds.
3. Add about a half cup of the broth and whisk together.
4. Add remaining broth, coconut milk and mushrooms.
5. Simmer for 10 minutes.
6. Add shrimp and cabbage, reduce heat to low and cook for 5 minutes.
7. Add spinach and tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
8. Serve with sprinkled with cilantro and with a lime wedge if desired.

2 of my favorite snacks..... I eat an apple with PB at least 5x a week. I want to eat a maple donut 5x a week, but I don’t. I do eat 1 or 2 when a really want one (a few times a month). Can you still have good results by eating a donut everyday instead of your apple, oatmeal or brown rice? Yes, you can still see results if it fits into your macro numbers.......BUT (yes that is a BIG but) donuts are highly refined and processed with absolutely NO good nutrients in them. You are going to feel like crap if your eating these processed foods everyday.
Is it okay to enjoy them every once in awhile? Definitely! This is the thing I love about tracking macros....still being able to enjoy these treats🍩. You are going to want to base your diet on healthy food so you can still get in your micro nutrients such as fiber, vitamins & minerals. This is when you will feel your best!

EN: Spaghetti with salmon in cheese-sauce
(serves approx. 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults)
4 x 125 gr. salmon portions
25 gr. butter
2-3 thinly sliced red onions
1 thinly sliced leek
1 thinly sliced red pepper
5-6 dried tomatoes
1 tablespoon of oregano
100 gr. cream cheese (you can use any kind of cheese cream)
A little apple juice, white wine or water
300 gr. spaghetti, but preferably a little more, if you like pasta (fresh spaghetti tastes better than dry)
8 slices of smoked salmon
Maybe some parsley, parmesan or other grated cheese
Slice the vegetables thinly and fry them in the butter in a medium-sized pot.
When the vegetables have been fried, reduce the heat and put in the cheese and oregano.
Let it simmer, while the salmon is fried and add the apple juice, white wine or water.
Season the pieces of salmon with salt and pepper and fry them in oil or butter on the pan for 15 minutes.
Cook the spaghetti as directed on the packaging.
Cut the smoked salmon into little pieces and put it into the sauce immediately before serving.
Strain the water from the spaghetti and mix the spaghetti into the sauce.
You can sprinkle parsley, grated parmesan or other grated cheese on top.
Serve with baguettes.

Coconut Curry Chicken Meatballs!!! .
They’re not the prettiest but they taste INCREDIBLE and are full of flavor.
I put mine on top of 1/3 Cup of jasmine rice but I bet they would be great with cauliflower rice or a cauliflower purée. .
