Throwback to a couple years ago when I was living in Maui, Hawaii and harvesting my own coconuts 🙏🏼😍🏝🥥💦 Epic times! Many times people have fruit trees that they don’t pick and let the fruits fall and rot 😅 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Often you can ask and with permission be able to experience picking perfectly tree ripened fruit 😋 Climbing trees connects us fully with the present moment and reconnects us with Nature and her abundant nature. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Whether it be grounding barefoot on the earth, swimming in the ocean or a river, eating fruits, sungazing by the Ocean or connecting with plants, trees and animals... all of these assist us in reconnecting with the Peace and Love that we are and that lies within. 🙏🏼🌟💛 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ What’s your favorite way to connect with Nature?

Let me just say, this does not apply to fruit sugar. ⭐️ In this category we class the white, brown, raw and every other kind including molasses and maple sugar. Enjoying the beautiful abundance of cantaloupes from the bargain bin at @berkeleybowl I had 5 of these beauties today, a total of about 9.3 pounds of cantaloupe. A lovely, amazing new friend asked me the protein question today. How do I get protein? I weighed my food and put it in cronometer today. I got 64 grams of protein today, most of it from cantaloupe. Thats enough to build some serious muscle!!!!! RASPBERRY & LEMON SLICE cos sometimes you need cake.. #AmIRight ? this is #dairyfree #glutenfree #refinedsugarfree #vegan & #delicious BASE: 2 cups desiccated coconut Zest and juice of one lemon or 5-6 drops of @doterra lemon essential oil 2 tablespoons almond butter 2 tablespoons rice malt syrup TOP LAYER: 1 cup cashews 2 tablespoons rice malt syrup 2 tablespoons coconut oil (liquid) 150 grams fresh raspberries 1 tablespoon coco milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract pinch of salt METHOD: Place the cashews for the raspberry layer into a bowl and cover with boiling water. Set aside. Line a loaf tin with baking paper (overhanging the sides for easy removal) Place the base ingredients into your processor and blend until the mixture resembles a sticky crumb. Press the mixture firmly into your prepared tin. Drain the cashews and place them into your processor and blend until the mixture forms a paste. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined. Spoon the mixture evenly over your base and place in the freezer to set and store. Enjoy! x
How is there even a debate about when the best time to eat a banana is? (Well, it's always a good time to eat a banana, I'm talking ripe and ready wise - obviously - get with the program Sally) I MEAN?! I'm not going to go into the actual *cough* health benefits *cough* of eating your bananas when they are spotty and beginning their fermentation journey because I have talked about that time and time again and you probably won't take any notice of me - so yes, I won't talk about how they are easier to digest due to the resistant starch turning into simple sugars, or how their antioxidant levels increase, or how they are much more effective at warding off cancerous tumours or anything like that - I'll just cut it short and shout about HOW BLOODY GOOD A RIPENDED NANOO TASTES 👏🏻 I have been (literally just had to crack my kuckles from how pumped I am getting thinking about banooz wtf) LOVING bananas lately, and when I say lately I mean for as long as I can remember because honestly when haven't I been chugging along the banana railway? 🍌 🚆 My mornings aways start with multiple soft skinned, leopard printed, aromatic, sweet and mushy bananas and it gets 👏🏻 me 👏🏻 set 👏🏻 up 👏🏻 for 👏🏻 the 👏🏻 gruelling 👏🏻 day 👏🏻 ahead 👏🏻 and best part is that NANOOZ ARE SO CHEAP!! Я уже давно привыкла к смузи или сокам на завтрак. Причём первый приём пищи у меня происходит в 9, в 10, в 11, а то и в 12 часов. . Меня пугает только одно - когда едешь в отель или дом отдыха, то там редко бывают смузи или фреши, да и вообще фрукты на завтрак.🍇🍌🍏 Традиционный завтрак - это омлет, молочная каша, запеканка, сосиска, тост со сливочным маслом. И когда я так позавтракаю часов в 9, то до ужина есть невозможно, в желудке тяжесть, состояние сонно-ленное, прибивает опять к постели. А ещё ж обед по расписанию 🙈 . Если получается, то я беру с собой маленький блендер или соковыжималку для цитрусовых. . А что Вы кушаете на завтрак? Probably the most delicious burger I’ve ever tasted. 🌱 1 potato 3 small mushrooms 4-5 garlic cloves or powder 1 egg Flour vegetable oil / or olive oil salt & pepper Vegan cheese / or regular cheese. - once your potato is boiled and soft, go ahead and mash your potato. Add your egg, your flour, and your seasoning. Go ahead and mix it all together. Make your patty and place it in your pan with a bit of olive oil or vegetable oil. Now if you did this right, your patty shouldn’t fall apart in the pan. You just need to cook each side for about 4 minutes on medium. Once your patty is close to done, place your cheese on there. When all done, go ahead and place your patty on your bun😏. Now I added sautéed mushrooms because I love them. You can now add whatever you’d like. Tomatoes, onions, and lettuce.
The zucchini chips turned out great. The large, thick slices seem like they will make nice flat bread. I could probably cut them even thicker next time. Transitions...it’s been an eventful year! This time last year we were full time RVing in Northern California before my husband got orders on a ship out of Seattle...we made the tough decision to have him deploy while the kids and I moved to Arizona- our plan was to catch some sun and fun before joining him in Washington. It’s been a few months now and the geographic separation is tough...can’t wait for us all to be together again. So this spring, we will continue our simple Airstream living.

My favourite meal of the day, dessert (especially if it’s a raw vegan dessert!) If you love chocolate, this is the recipe for you. The ingredients are: . 2 cups walnuts 1 cup raw cacao powder 1/4 cup hemp seeds 1/2 tsp sea salt 1 1/2 cups dates 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional) . Mix all the ingredients in a food processor or blender, put it into a parchment paper lined pan, and allow it to set in the freezer and voila, you’ve got healthy brownies!
