A valuable lesson I've learned: anytime you notice yourself focusing on your limits or obstacles and it seems as if the goal is kind of far away, stop what you're doing and go meditate. When we let the mind run wild sometimes, we get out of alignment with the Self. The silence helps us get back to the frequency of the Self where we can once again work from alignment - where everything works and flows with ease and the goal seems right around the corner. The work done out of alignment on the other hand only leads to the creation of more obstacles. Avoid it at all costs. Get your mind right first.
