Did you take a #holiday
Maybe you were away for Christmas or away after and had some time by yourself, with family, or maybe it’s long overdue for you.
Did you notice anything while you were away? Other than the obvious that you might be in a different location. 🤨Did you notice that underlying, constant headache faded away?
🤨Did you notice you were able to eat some things you usually can’t, but this time you didn’t get an upset tummy?
🤨Maybe you slept like an angel? Better than you have all year.
🤨Maybe…just maybe, you lost weight and yet you felt like you ate more, possibly did less, and were generally a little more carefree?
Does any of that sound right?🧐🧐 Now you’re back home, back to work, and it all seems to be back to the way it was? Maybe, maybe not.
Why is that? 🤔🤔🤔 Maybe you are stressed. Maybe all those issues you have with some foods, maybe those sleepless nights, maybe those headaches, that constant tired feeling, that sense of overwhelming, maybe it’s all signs you are stressed. 🤔🤔 I am not a Dr. If you have a serious medical issue, food allergies or intolerances, whatever it may be, that could be there for a serious reason. There is however some serious implications that can occur when #stress
is left unchecked, unresolved, and to just quietly build in the background.
