VEGAN MISO RAMEN 🍜 Boy, this has been running out the door the last few nights(!) so we’ve made more so this chef’s special can continue tonight and (hopefully) through the dinner services all weekend, until sold out! We’re so pleased you’re all loving it so much! It is pretty incredible. The most flavourful miso ramen broth loaded with local oyster mushrooms, arame and nori seaweeds, carrots, radish, edamame, Asian greens, marinated tofu, pea sprouts and enoki mushrooms with a side of house made chilli oil 🙈 The wonderful work of one of our talented chefs @antony_ciuffo
