✨2 teaspoon baking powder
✨1 Teaspoon of Flax seed powder ✨1 cup of milk (almond, cashew or oat) ✨ 1 egg or 2 tablespoons of vegan egg powder ✨ 2 tablespoons of avocado oil 🎀 All ingredients preferred to be found in bulk or farmers market! Enjoy!

Top your pancakes off with your favorite toppings to enhance your pancake journey😎 I used THE NEW banana paleo mix (so delicious) for my pancake batter and i added 1/4 c frozen raspberries to the batter. Topped them off with coconut yogurt, caramelized cinnamon bananas, raspberries, crushed coconut-strawberry butter cup, bee pollen and cashew butter.

Feeling so amazing, I haven’t been out just for a run for AGES it’s been way to too and I’ve just been move into going to a class or the gym. The sun was shinning today and I just needed to go out.

FEELING STRESSED? Who doesn’t these days?! When we feel stressed, we often turn to comfort food, which is typically maybe not the healthiest stuff we could put in our bodies, which then makes us feel sluggish and crappy, and the vicious circle carries on.
I’m on a bit of a processed sugar ban at the moment, and whilst I don’t usually agree with banning certain foods, I need to give myself that discipline to get my head and my tummy clear!! These pancakes may look really ‘naughty’ but they are my GO TO comfort food and are probably the healthiest thing I’m gonna put in my body today. They’re PACKED with vitamins, minerals, and these funky little things called ADAPTOGENS - which help reduce stress - so my pancakes are literally helping my body and my mind de-stress 😍 oh, and also topped off with probiotics, probiotics and digestive enzymes to help reduce bloat, give me energy and keep me regular 💩 pretty powerful stuff really!!

4 ingredient pancakes, anyone?! WE ARE IN!! RECIPE IS BELOW!
This recipe is: Vegetarian, Gluten free, Paleo!
1T Maple syrup
1/8 tsp Baking powder
In a mixing bowl, crack in the eggs and add in baking powder. And whisk to combine.
In another bowl add in 1 large bananas. Lightly mash a fork. There should be chunks of bananas to make fluffy pancakes. And use only ripe bananas.
Pour wet mixture into mashed bananas and stir to combine.
In a frying pan, cook mini pancakes over a medium low heat. 1 or 2 tablespoons of batter is enough for each mini pancake. When the baking powder is activated, flip it over and cook for about one minute more. Serve immediately when hot!🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌
