Flax eggs (ground flaxseeds with water)
Pinch of salt/pepper
Worcestershire sauce (you can find gf ones @ health stores)
I baked the patties in the oven which held their form really well 😉

Salad Time! If you follow me, you know that I pretty much could live off salads and smoothies! Most days it’s two out of my three main meals. And, an integral component to both is usually @organicgirl
greens. So, when they asked me if I wanted to try a couple of their new greens blends, I did a happy dance! This one, “Protein Greens”, is a blend of sweet pea leaves, baby spinach, baby bok choy leaves, baby kale, and mizuna! Could you ask for anything more!?! And, in case you are wondering where we vegans get their protein ... 5 grams per container (only 40 calories)! Oh, and yes, I added golden kiwi to the salad and it was amazing!! 🌱💚💪🏻💚🌱

My review is not holy, so take with a grain of salt. I think there is something to too much EMF exposure, but these "shield selling" companies might be playing off of our paranoia. If you are concerned, turn off your routers at night, or use your phone in airplane mode and don't hold your phone directly against your head. I have spoken to another health expert who says distant matters in terms of exposure. I probably wouldn't invest in a shield at this point. What do you guys think?

It's World Turtle Day! We visited Kelly Tarltons yesterday & learned about the turtles being rehabilitated for 2 years after being found with plastic in their tummies as they think bags floating in the ocean are jelly fish 😞 5 in every 7 species are endangered & only 1% make it to adulthood. That's a jolly awful stat for any species & we are not helping! Can you think of at least once a week where you could opt out of single use plastic? Would love to hear your ideas to help inspire others!

Carrot salad with a simple tahini dressing is great for any day! ((Don’t worry you can make the salad if you don’t have a spiralizer you — just grate the carrots or thinly slice them 😋))

👩🏽🍳For dressing: *Scoop out about a tablespoon tahini into a small bowl. *Add a squeeze of lemon, a pinch of salt and slowly add water to thin until desired consistency is achieved (stirring in between add ins 🥣) *Adjust lemon/salt as needed 😛

But first, a little more about one of the superfoods in the pizza, hot peppers. Hot peppers are full of a compound called capsaicin, which gives the hot peppers their heat. Capsaicin can be a pain reliever, treat psoriasis and other skin conditions, improve blood sugar and insulin reactions, and help prevent and even treat certain types of cancer! It even has been known to help with weight loss by speeding up the metabolism and making you feel satitated faster. I know after a spicy meal, my heart is racing! 🌶️💡🤓

cauliflower pizza crust then I topped it with goat's milk ricotta mixed with fresh oregano, chopped @organicgirl
spinach, feta cheese and broiled the pizza in the oven for four minutes. Then I topped it with red pepper flakes and my favorite favorite hot sauce, habenero mango tumeric to get that super spicy superfood burn! You could also use sliced jalapenos or cayenne pepper to get the same effect. Enjoy!!!

Once you pop, the fun don’t stop! — freshly popped popcorn🍿 is the perfect rainy day (or evening) snack! 🌽🌽🌽
Do this: 👩🏽🍳
*Melt about a tablespoon of coconut oil in a large pot
*Pour kernels into the pot so that the bottom is covered — heat on medium high
*Cover pot with a glass lid so you can see what is going on and once the first kernel pops turn off the heat and move the pot back and fourth over the burner (these instructions are for an electric stovetop— with gas you may have to keep the heat on a very low flame)
*one all popped sprinkle with salt and enjoy!
