One of the main reasons why I offer a combination of health/wellness + career coaching is because I personally experienced how the way we feel affects everything else in our lives.

And am I wrong or is 8 kind of a weird age? Like they’re still kids, but getting more mature, learning sarcasm to a whole new level, eating SO much, and I’m pretty sure 8 year old hormones are a real thing. Each new stage is just that... new territory! But fun and sad and bittersweet all at once, and I’m determined to enjoy all of it 😊.

1 cup arbonne protein (1/2 vanilla, 1/2 choc)
2/3 cup nut butter
2 cup gluten free oats
4 tbsp agave
3 tbsp flaxseed
1/2 cup of unsweetened apple sauce
Mix + refrigerate and then roll into balls!

It's easy to compare yourselves to others on instagram. Everyone seems to have it all together, and sometimes those perfect fitness and health accounts seem to do more harm than good. That being said, if you really aren't satisfied with something going on in your life - don't compare. CHANGE.
There is no good in stalking other peoples feeds, wishing you had their career, body, family or life. Get out there, switch up your routine, apply for that job...enrol in that course...make that appointment! While you're sitting there comparing and complaining, those people are only becoming a better version of THEMselves.

It’s been a big birthday weekend around here! Can’t believe my first baby is already 4️⃣! She amazes me everyday and I’m so grateful that I get to be her mama ❤️ .

One of my most IMPORTANT tips to reducing bloating / gas / digestive discomfort is... ✖️figure out which foods don’t agree with your body and STOP eating them immediately! 💡 For me, this meant cutting out onions almost COMPLETELY - in any form.
➕ Also, only eating fruit on an empty stomach by itself, which I’ll talk about more in a future post.
The best way to do this is by really paying attention to when you have discomfort and taking note of all the ingredients in what you ate. Keeping in tune with how your body is feeling and reacting to things and perhaps keeping a food diary will help with this.
Notice how your body feels differently after certain meals, and then try cutting out common problem foods one at a time to figure out which is bothering you. Some examples: onions, garlic, gluten, apples, dairy, refined / processed sugar, coffee, etc.
You may end up just having to reduce quantities or combinations, but experimenting is how you’ll figure out what works best for your body.
