Качество спины, да и что там говорить, и рук и плеч, желает лучшего, я думаю через месяц будет форма уже куда лучше, нужно убрать эту залитость, да и спина у меня вообще не о чем, так чоо будем работать. Пока это только начало. Я больше придерживаюсь не гнаться за весами и не рвать жопу, для меня главное лучше меньше поднять но с правильной техникой и не травмировать спину, так как у меня и так три грыжи за которыми я уже смотрю и работаю над ними очень долго. Кожен продукт має свій індекс насичення. За 100 береться білий хліб. Ось перелік продуктів із високим індексом насичення: печена картопля🥔, яйця🍳, вівсянка, риба🐟, супи🍲, м‘ясо🥩, грецький йогурт, овочі🥬, сир (творог), бобові, фрукти🍓, кіноа, горіхи🌰, кокосова олія, попкорн!😋 🔹ТАЙМІНГ: зранку споживай переважно білкові продукти (невеликими порціями), а ввечері зберігай пропорцію, але збільш кількість білка 🔹Пий воду перед прийомами їжі. 🇺🇸Chicken Curry with Mango 🥭 ... This recipe is inspired by @dnesjem ! I really like Indian cuisine and I enjoy curry in any way. 🤤Lately I have been trying new recipes, when I add into some savory food some fruit. For example apple🍎into my tuna salad or pineapple into celery salad. I love #mango and also I love the mango drink/smoothie which you can get in every Indian restaurant, so I knew, that adding Mango straight into the curry sauce cannot be a bad idea. 🥭🥭And it was not! It’s been a pleasure working with you and your Mum since March 2018 following your operation. ......…............................................................................ Sophie is in an age (14-20yo) and gender 🚺 category that means she has an increased risk of a second ACL injury 📈 🔍📚Research from Paterno et al. 2014 🇺🇸 found the following RESULTS: 👉🏻The overall incidence rate of a second ACL injury within 24 months after ACLR and RTS (1.39/1000 AEs) was nearly 6 times greater (IRR, 5.71; 95% CI, 2.0-22.7; P = .0003) than that in healthy control participants (0.24/1000 AEs). 👉🏻The rate of injury within 24 months of RTS for female athletes in the ACLR group was almost 5 times greater (IRR, 4.51; 95% CI, 1.5-18.2; P = .0004) than that for female controls. 👉🏻Although only a trend was observed, female patients within the ACLR group were twice as likely (IRR, 2.43; 95% CI, 0.8-8.6) to suffer a contralateral injury (1.13/1000 AEs) than an ipsilateral injury (0.47/1000 AEs). Collectively with her Mum, Sophie has decided not to return to Gymnastics this year, instead opting to become a Junior Gymnastic Coach and heading back to hip hop/jazz dancing first, to regain her timing and sequencing before considering high speed vaulting and beam and bar landings. Having been out of gymnastics for 18 months, I think she has made some great informed decisions about what she feels is right for her. Weighing 198 lbs! I was stuck at 200-202 for a couple weeks but it's awesome to see I am still going down Haha being 210 lbs wasnt cool I dont get the allure of weighing so much!
