Here goes.... 1. My first name is Osunremi. Basically if you saying Ocean really fast and then add Remi thats my name. It means the godess of the river, fertility and vanity cares for me.
2. I speak Spanish and understand Portuguese.
3. Nearly every job I've ever had up to 21 I lied on my cv and did a 30 min all you need to know course via Youtube 😂 (except motherhood unfortunately the tutorials only go so far)
4. Before I got into uni. I taught myself 2 years worth of A level content in 4 months after backpacking and then applied as an independent candidate.

It’s ok if there are days where you wonder if this is true. For one reason or another as much as you work to focus on the great things, either you may be tired, or sick or something and your best is not as good as it usually is. Reflecting and knowing that all will be ok is the important bit. Focusing on the ones that love you, rather than the ones that don’t. Realising that you have everything you need inside of you.. even when it seems otherwise. Knowing that you’ve been here before and you can learn to face these challenges again. How hard is it to have a wash - a super-fast 'sheep dip', whatever - do the bedtime thing and FALL ASLEEP?!?!?! CLEAN MYTHS. I can’t get over how many sugar free ‘clean’ baking recipes I’m seeing as we find ourselves in a new school year.
🥥 Healthy recipes that replace white sugar with coconut sugar or maple syrup and butter coconut oil aren’t actually any healthier. They still contain added sugar. They don’t contain more fibre, or more micronutrients. Sugar is just sugar. It really is.
🌴Coconut sugar is processed and just as refined as sugar from sugar cane. It isn’t magic coconut blossom pollen, shaken from the tree by a monk dressed in organic cotton on a full moon. 🤔Why are we so obsessed with expensive alternatives that aren’t any healthier?
🍭Brown doesn’t always mean healthy. The varying amounts of trace minerals you find in some sugars doesn’t matter when you’re sticking to the recommended limit of 6 teaspoons a day. So don’t bother looking at the calcium you’ll get in 100g if you’re not going to eat 100g.
🛒In my pantry you’ll find white sugar, brown sugar, honey and maple syrup. All chosen for their flavour when needed, and used sparingly.
All added sugars raise blood triglycerides, lower HDL (good) cholesterol, contribute to tooth decay and provide extra kilojoules without any of the good stuff.

Os prometo que por mucho que madruguemos,no hay manera de salir a tiempo,porque justo cuando estoy a punto de salir Olivia quiere comer y una vez que acaba de comer,llena el pañal y de paso mancha de caca 💩 el body y todo lo lleva encima 🤦🏼♀️.Vuelta a empezar...la vuelvo a cambiar,se pone histérica.Para tranquilizarla le doy pecho y cuando acaba me vomita encima manchándome esta vez a mi 😩😩😩.
Así todos los días.Y yo no sé 🤷🏼♀️ si es cuestión de que nos organizamos mal o es que a partir de ahora eso será de esta forma.

Is it just me or is this weather getting very cold lately?
So my toddler isn't 100% and there is nothing like toddler sick to put you off your breakfast! Tea is waking me up though after a restless night!
Meanwhile my toddler now feels better and is dancing around and begging that we still goes to soft play as "I'm not poorly anymore" 😂
