This morning ducks, a kangaroo and a rabbit came into my path, none of them really captured my attention. This did. It reminded me of a conversation I had with Milly (9), she has this gift where she identifies and sees the beauty in nature, liking a sun rise to a really big rainbow 🌈 😍 When I asked her about this gift she said, “when you look at something for long enough, somethings always brings it to life.” True dat. I pondered on stillness and the flightiness of the animals I saw on my walk. When we are constantly on the move and in flight we can’t think and respond in a well felt through way, people can’t really get a sense of what we’re about and we turn our back on potential connections, friends and opportunities that are waiting for us. So Today, stop and have a look 👀 around and feel into what will rock your world, what sparks your curiosity or it might be a soft whisper. Whatever it is, go with it ❤️
Happy Monday. After the 9-5 is when the real hustle starts. Losing weight, building muscle, creating a business from scratch. Our 9-5's is how we get paid, but after that. That's how we make our living. Be strong friends!
It’s easy to love someone when their life is easy, but what about when the going gets tough and life isn’t so pretty? When you make learning life lessons a way of living, you can quickly spot best friends. @toyamooresullivan
posted this yesterday and it filled me with gratitude for all of the people that have shown up for me in the past, especially the last few particularly challenging years. Just a little reminder to keep practicing loving on people, even when they forget how to love themselves. Because we all forget...sometimes. 💛💖🌟💖💛 #practicingtheartofhealing
