It's easy to use depression and mental health as an excuse for being an ass hole to people. I'm guilty of that. And I've also burned bridges (metaphorically, chill) while being in that state of mind.
All I'm trying to say is be mindful of how you treat others when you're in an altered state of mind. It's not easy to always be nice when you hate your life, I get it. The first step is putting in effort. If I can do it, so can you 👊
