Too many times we spend precious time on things that don’t equate to what we really want, or what we really need! Spending too much time on a training plan that’s getting you no results, putting all your effort into work for no results or appreciation shown, or relationships that drain you than build you.
Energy is never destroyed, it transforms from one form to another, that’s why you need to put that energy into places that’s going to give it back to you!
Look at what you really want and what you really value and what tasks give you the most energy and fulfillment, then structure as much time as possible on them tasks to create a more satisfying and fulfilling life for you and the others that matter around you!

The most important part of my fitness journey, the one I never speak of is my journey to forgiving my self and others. I won’t preach like it was easy or go into any details but the most important aspect is that for a VERY long time I was bitter. Now bitterness is a very strong feeling.
People can’t hurt you as much as you hurt yourself. At some point you have to let what has happened to you go or you will continue to stay in the cycle of being the victim. You life is exactly how you allow it to be- your thoughts and feelings control everything.
If you want to GROW and PROGRESS, then you need accept the past for what it was and use it to help yourself move forward.
For me, I use moments like these to fuel me, to show me how I don’t want to be treated, to remind myself that I am strong and for those of you who have known me for awhile- my fitness journey is driven by these values. Don’t beat yourself up. Forgive yourself for giving away your power and then start believing in your inner strength again. Learn, grow, evolve and become. 🌸 📸 @_asterphotography

Most people do not start life out in an ideal position, being able to do what they love right from the start without ever having to work hard and put in serious effort.
When you can do what you want and work at something that you love then it does not seem like work at all, but you may have to do something else until you reach this point.
If you can not do what you want to do this does not mean to give up your dreams, hopes, and goals.
It just means that you may have to work harder and do something else in the meantime until you have what you need so that you can do what you love.
Remember when you are doing something that is not your #dream
,your effort is still an important part of the plan and is necessary so that you can eventually #achieve
what you are trying to accomplish.
If you stick with it and do what you have to then you will be #successful
in the future and will finally be able to do what you want and what you love to do.

Peace. Love. Respect. These are the source of compassion. Kindness and humility are only possible from a place of deep respect for your own inherent and loving nature. To me compassion is a Passion for Community, that ability to open yourself up to another’s persons pain without falling into it. It is holding another rather than fixing, solving or improving them. You can see then why compassion becomes harder in relationships that are closer to your self, and unbelievably difficult when it comes to yourself.
