This all day. I follow my circle and those that inspire me or support me. Don’t get me wrong I spend time on social it’s great way to connect, discover, learn, spread good news and inspire. It also has its toxic side and people which I feel I follow less of now, but probably get drawn into scrolling too much on some days. Try not to get caught up in the perfect picture some paint of their lives or the angles used on pictures that are an optical illusion making them look a particular way. Perfection for one is not for another. Problem an Boostern 🤪
Der Sinn eines Boosters sollte eigentlich sein, dass man ihn nehmen kann um mehr Energie während des Trainings zu haben, wenn man mal einen schlechten Tag hat. 🌚
Was sie letztlich auch oftmals machen.
Außer man nimmt zu regelmäßig den Booster oder generell Koffein zu sich, wie zum Beispiel durch Kaffee. 🌚🌚 ————————————————————————
Das andere Problem ist: wieso seid ihr denn überhaupt kaputt und müde? Jetzt kommt es halt darauf an, welche Kategorie Trainingsmensch ihr seid. Geht ihr eher zu oft ins Gym und macht zu wenig Pause? 🌚 Oder geht ihr eher mal lieber nicht wenn ihr euch heute nicht so gut fühlt? 🌚
Liegt es vielleicht an der Ernährung?🤓
Wenn ihr zu denjenigen gehört, die zu wenig Pause machen, wie ich zum Beispiel dann sind Booster eher fraglich. 😬 Ihr übertönt ja quasi nur die Zeichen die euch euer Körper gibt, dass er Pause braucht und haut mit Stimulanzien drauf und sagt ihm er soll weiter arbeiten. 🌚 Klar hat der Körper große Ressourcen von denen er zehren kann, die Frage ist halt wie lange. Irgendwann müsst ihr Pausen machen oder euer Körper wird irgendwann komplett streiken. 🥵
Gehört ihr zu der anderen Kategorie, dann kann für euch ein Booster eine gute Sache sein. Er wird euch mal, wenn ihr einen schlechten Tag habt pushen und helfen durchs Training zu kommen. 🌚

If you’ve screwed up in the past, it’s ok. If you’ve missed out on HUGE opportunities, there will be more to come. If you’ve severed friendships, burned bridges, and slammed doors on the people who deserve it least, you CAN reach out today and mend those relationships.
You can take a different action TODAY to change your future, but you can’t rewind the clock and change your past.
And if you’ve succeeded wildly? Great!
Don’t rest on your laurels and allow your success to breed complacency.
Put one foot in front of the other. Take the RIGHT actions today. And propel yourself towards the life you want.

She is so right. Like completely and utterly right.
A house doesn't just appear
You need to build it up, one brick after the other
Just like your goals. They aren't suddenly just achieved and results don't just appear
You have to put in the effort and the work
One brick at a time
But do you want to know the scary truth?
Most people aren't willing to commit to the process
because of fear
because a lack of commitment
because they are scared a brick will fall
and the end goal won't ever be achieved
I get it
you don't want to fail
you are tired of feeling unhappy
you are tired of restriciting your food
you are tired of not feeling good in your body
you are tired of being afraid of the weights and testing your strength
but let me tell you
start by putting just one brick down
make one small change
whether it be training 3 times a week
or eating more protein
then put another brick down
and slowly keep building
and with time
confronting your weaknesses
realising your strengths
and not making excuses
you will build the house
a.k.a you will reach your goal
because each of these bricks (a.k.a factors) you place down, you are one step closer to getting the RESULTS you want
Don't be afraid to build up
we all have to start somewhere
if you want more
if you want results
if you want to successfully build your house
you need to take action and lay that first brick

The way you think about money determines how you FEEL about money and therefore what you DO with money 💸 More money doesn't solve money problems (because fear of not having enough turns into fear of losing it). It's an abundant money mindset that solves money problems and I LOVE sharing what I learn as I do the work to create my own 💭
Last week on stories I gave you a little look at my weekly money mindset routine. I do this every Monday morning and it involves creating a high vibe environment to intentionally check in with my finances, allocating certain percentages of money to certain bank accounts, reconciling my business transactions in Xero, tracking my income etc 🥂 This is done in a very particular way to create a feeling of ABUNDANCE rather than a feeling of scarcity and lack.
I created a poll on stories to see if you guys want to know more about it and the answer was a resounding YES! I initially promised this as an Instagram Live but then realised I need to concentrate while I do it... so I'm talking through it on the pod instead 😘
