Honest to god wouldn’t be able to live without magnesium. Ever since I was little I have had problems with cramps in my feet and legs - magnesium was always the answer! Plus now being older and being a gal I get period cramps, magnesium helps with these too! Plus I take it at night, just before bed and it helps relax me and have a better sleep! 😍

If you can learn to clear your mind it will be much easier to hear what your heart is trying to tell you. This is such an important life lesson to learn as it will bring you so much peace. I’ve been doing more and more research on
#chakras and learning more about each chakra and how to open it because of a recent yoga class!
I had my first 6th Chakra experience during a Yoga class. I was the lucky one chosen for a relaxation massage at the end of class which included pressure being applied to my arms and face and at the very end a light finger touch on my heart and my third eye center at the same time. I was overcome with this feeling that both chakras were connected by this constant line of energy. It was as if my mind and heart were connected as one.
I have recently been feeling more at ease about everything in life, it’s like I’m more in tune with my feelings but not allowing my feelings to completely control my actions as I have this new found perspective on life, my eye is not on the little things but on the bigger picture.
I challenge to you to take the time to open your 6th Chakra and see how life changing the experience can be! .
