If you told me a few months ago that by the end of this year, I will be going to the gym five days a week, meditating, doing #yoga
, running a marathon and working so hard on my body and physically, I would not have believed you at all
Even though I knew I wanted to do all that, I am very disciplined, and a hard worker when it comes to anything, last few years I have worked hard on my investments, business and making sure I do everything I can to become #financially
stable and free at a young age but I was never committed to my well being and living a healthy life since a few months ago when i decided to change my habits
And that’s all it takes, if you want something bad in life, you can have it. You just have to commit to changing some old habits and once the new habits kick in, you will be surprised at how you ever lived with your old habits
Current weight : 145 pounds , I am working on gaining 20 pounds these next 60 days!
