Lunch yesterday @kymsrestaurant
we popped in after seeing the Mithras temple in the new @bloombergarcade.
We had two seats at the pass , best in the house , and watched Jimmy and his team skilfully prep the food. I love watching a pass, could sit all day marvelling at the almost balletic way the food comes together with each chef getting his element out on time and the head chef conducting the whole. Good food: we had Iberico pork, aubergine, mushroom buns, that enormous prawn cracker(no picture) and the bean fritters. All for £38!
And being a Saturday we could walk in. All in all a good morning.
