Do you just talk a good talk, or do you walk the walk (comment👇🏽)? I do both! I am loud with my talk and confident in my walk or pursuit rather. It wasn’t easy and it took time and perseverance to overcome my addictions.

You think it’s hard now?
Toss heart disease or diabetes on top of it. You think people wake up and say “i want diabetes”? You don’t even know what hard is. It’s time to value your health now, because without it you can do or be nothing.
And I can assure you it’s far less expensive to be proactive rather than reactive. Real wholes foods now, little daily exercise, and some quality supplements, are far less expensive and let’s not forget time consuming than hospital visits and medical bills.
