WOWIE this took so fucking long to make. Anyways, i thought this would be a fun thing to do.
And just a small thing to describe why I’m doing this(working out and sharing it)
1- I have suffered many injuries while having less muscle than needed in my legs+arms.
2- id like to have some *extra* support during this because I have a HELLA ton of self doubt and I back out of things vvvv easily.
3-id like to find some other people who are maybe doing the same as me and talk to them about it and make me some new f r i e n d s.
4-mY “condition” is something that I have struggled with for my whole life and I need to change my life style because I’ve told my self time and time again that I won’t be able to do physical things because I’m so skinny. I’ve used that as an excuse literally my whole damn life and I’m tired of it. I’m getting teased about it by some ass in nine people at sChoOl so that’s LOVELY and two I just want to wake up feeling better everyday.
To all the people who have helped me up until now, thank you so much. (really only one person who follows me, you know who you are ;). )
