Wild Gengar used dream eater! But it has no effect on @calzones_no_cardio ! . . Not exactly how I hoped things would go today, but I won't be discouraged, and to be perfectly honest I'm still pretty damn pleased with it. . . Big lift highlights: today was AMRAP bench (at 230lb) again. The dream would have been 7 reps, 5 reps the slightly more realistic target. Got close, but ended up a little twisted and my right arm trailing. Left hip was maybe a little irritated this morning, so there may be a connection. Also, I could be trying to rationalize or it could actually just be the case, but I I think something was a bit off in my setup today and I was lacking a bit of tension. The especially positive point in this is that my competition PR is this weight, so things are in pretty good shape. Then onto deficit deadlifts at 425lb. First set without straps to build a little tolerance to hook grip again, and boy oh boy can it be uncomfortable. I observed something today that I think it very important as well. In my setup for this if I try to force my position into "neutral spine" it's like everything totally switches off. Also, in that position I just can't generate tension. So I'll just trust my positioning and do what feels strong. . . Accessory lift highlight: ring dips with all the weights (2*25lb chains + a 25lb plate between my knees). @sha3mas "no wonder your chest is growing". Solid squat clean & Jerks sesh with @clunney this afternoon that ended with a hit at 96% (245#). Gave a couple cracks at a 260 PR but no 🎲 🙅🏾‍♂️. Not mad at all bout it as it was a solid attempt. I posted earlier about fish oil and the importance of DHA and EPA but in all seriousness one of the most important supplements in my stack is fish oil (omega-3). It helps with my ADHD as well. Its important for b-oxidation which is important for cell signaling, steroid synthesis, lipid bilayer synthesis, etc. I highly recommend omega-3 for people looking for a "clearer head" the ability to think and process information better. It's truly incredible what omega-3 does.

My adductors were painful and tight coming into my workout today. I was happy to see that my adductors felt alright today and 570 lbs moved well - there was a bit of uncertainty coming into my workout today after a couple of lackluster workouts this week. Erwachsene aber müssen es teilweise Monate lang lernen. Lieber würde ich euch also ein paar Tipps mit auf den Weg geben. Kurz aus dem FF (highbar) 1. Standbreite: Hüft - Schulterweit 2. Zehen bis zu 30grad nach außen rotieren. 3. Knie nach außen in Richtung der Zehenspitzen schieben 4. Den Rumpf unter Spannung halten (Valsalva Manöver) 5. "Buttwink" vermeiden (an der Mobilität in Hüfte und Sprunggelenk arbeiten) 6. Unter 90grad runter gehen! 7. Bewegung mit den Knien einleiten 8. Knie dürfen über die Zehenspitzen und müssen das auch bei den meisten! 9. Möglichst eng neben der Schulter greifen. 10. Schulterblätter fixieren 11. Ellbogen unter die Stange ziehen 12. Bis in den Lockout hoch kommen 13. ... Ich könnte ewig so weiter machen.
