Be sure to pull the weight towards your hip, shoulders down, back straight.
If you spend more time pushing at the gym than pulling, it’s time to switch things up.

PR on my hip thrusts although I see some things I could tweak. 295 for 4 sets. I couldn’t quite get 8 bc I felt I was getting sloppy (sorry coach).

That last picture is of my back being rubbed raw from using the step up bench. Nothing gives me greater joy than seeing my calloused hands, scarred shins, bruised rear delts, and scraped up back. It’s a sick game we play.
