What’s uppppp? ✨ Swipe to see a quick circuit you can do in the gym when you’re in a hurry, but need and want to get it done! When you have goals, there’s no excuse not to achieve them so here ya go.
1. Landmine rows, with weight that is heavy enough to make it challenging but light enough to make sure you get 12 reps in 3 times. The alternative to landmine rows is rowing dumbbells as shown in the video!
2. Immediately after the rows, go into single arm kettlebell swings. 12 each side.
3. Following the swings, go into bent over kettlebell rows. 12 each side!
Do this circuit 3 times with minimal rest!! You’ll be leaving the gym feeling great in 30 minutes or less!💓
4. No matter what you do, end with abs!! 🔥💪
