Been extremely stressed and busy lately, but felt good to get in the gym and have one of my best back and bicep workouts in a while.
Sometimes you're workout routine can get a little boring & cause you to loose motivation... Like moi 🙋 So it's important to switch it up! Today I did some cardio outdoors ☀️ I needed a good sweat! 💦 Mix up your routine, make it more challenging, or more fun! 😄

Leg day this morning. Used my rock tape knee sleeves this morning absolutely one of the best investments, definitely helped with the support on my knees this morning. Meals for today
1️⃣ 70 grams of oats,1 egg with protein shake
2️⃣ 4 egg whites with 100grams of chicken
3️⃣tuna ,2 spoons of Greek yogurt, 2 boiled eggs
4️⃣150 grams of chicken with broccoli, 1 sweet potato, 1 boiled potato.
5️⃣half a handful of unsalted peanuts with 100grams of chicken.
6️⃣ for dinner tonight,150grams of chicken 2 egg whites, broccoli and beans
7️⃣ as a snack a small hand full of unsalted peanuts. Love bulking season 🤤😂👌🏼💪🏼. Trained this morning and then will again after work and will have another protein shake before dinner!
To all of those people out there that struggle with motivation, don’t worry we have all been there done that. There is always something that is unexpected that life throws at us to kick us down and makes us either loose motivation because we are down in the dumps or because we can’t see results. So they QUIT! It’s not gonna happen over night. You gotta bust your arse to get results, find that motivation and use that pain or what ever it is that has you down as FUEL! I DID! If I can do it YOU CAN TOO! Don’t use the excuse I’ll start Monday start today, you can do it!!💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
