video, I’ve decided to make the kiwi as a staple in my diet!
There was a study in 2013 which prescribed the kiwi as a “daily prescription for health”
The kiwi is far superior when compared to all other fruits when judged in fibre content, Vit C,E, and K! 1 kiwi actually contains your daily recommendation of Vitamin C!
When consuming 1-2 kiwis a day, studies have revealed; (1) mood improvement; (2) improved digestion; (3) improved sleep quality and duration; (4) enhanced immune system; (5) improvement in iron uptake! Only 45 calories a pop too!
