“ Beauty is whatever gives joy . “ Edna St. Vincent Millay ~ My husband took this “ sign of spring “ photo on our walk yesterday. This Saturday walk was so much more than just a nice outing . The events of this week made me realize how much our daily walks meant to me . Our walks are our time to talk , solve the world’s problems , and just a pleasant time to be together . My husband had a brief health scare this week which included the ER , tests , and some confusion over the diagnosis. Thankfully it seems things have turned out well , and as our GP said “ go back to your normal life . “ I am most grateful for the positive outcome , and treasuring those walks in nature with my husband . Thankful also for caring friends that knew , and provided strength and comfort . #simplejoys #kindnessmatters #friendsforever

What if you’re only ONE decision away from exactly where you want to be? 🏖Maybe it’s 2! Or 3! We never know. But MAKING decisions is the lifeblood of getting where you want to go as an entrepreneur. If you’re making decisions everyday, then your MUCH closer to the life of your dreams than you think. 💕
"It makes a difference. It makes a difference how you talk and how you present yourself to others. It makes a difference on how you make others feel around you and being kind my friend, is one of the most beautiful things you can be.
Be happy for each other, support each other and be kind to one another for no reason."

Sweeter than the perfume of roses is a reputation for a kind, charitable, unselfish nature; a ready disposition to do to others any good turn in your power.

So grateful for love expressed for love’s sake and an amazing breakfast at Blaktan !
Never think “I’m just one person - what difference will it make?” Small acts are bigger than you think & it doesn’t take much to make a difference in some way 🌍
SWEETCORN FRITTERS...one of the tasty recipes from our first plant-based workshop. They were so yummy and simple. The next workshop is coming up in April. If you’d like to be added to our mailing list, comment below or DM me directly. I can’t wait to let you all know what recipes we’ll be doing this time. Happy Sunday everyone ❤️
Do you think you deserves to be treated like a princess by those who you hold close around you? The bigger question then, is do you treat yourself like a princess? Do you:
- say kind things to yourself
- encourage yourself
- show yourself compassion and empathy
- compliment yourself
We are most often our harshest critics. Take a moment to ask yourself each day if you are being kind to yourself and if you are treating yourself with the same care and kindness you would a friend x

I had some limes floating around so I totally made Goodness Greens Raw Coconut & Lime Bars. Super easy to make, sets within 2 hours in the freezer and refreshingly delicious. Of course theirs look even more amazing than mine but hey I'm just a homecook with a camera phone 📸🍴Recipe on goodnessgreen.com 💻
A simple THANKYOU to all of you for always brightening my days with your beautiful, hilarious, positive energy comments 💖
I went shopping earlier and got served without ONE word being said to me. No hello, No how are you, No thankyou, No goodbye. I’m usually a pretty chilled out person but rudeness is something I’ll never get used to. 🙅🏻♀️❌⚠️
Hello, thanks & goodbye should be paramount in customer service, seems to be lost these days...Please know I’m always thankful for you being here & you will always get a hello from me! 😂😂🙋🏻♀️😊💕
We’re getting ready to ride in a super special ride on Sunday May 6th! The 1st Annual Lov(Ed) Legacy Ride for GOAL! GetOutAndLearn is an experiential and adventure based learning program aimed at engaging under-served San Francisco youth who are at risk of dropping out of High School. In 2003 Ed Cavanaugh founded the Downtown High School chapter of GOAL. Each year the semester long program involves wilderness backpacking in California, leadership training at The Fort Miley Ropes Course, Traditional wooden boat building, sailing, swimming and classroom based learning to about 70 students. The impact is big for those kids! In 2015 the inspiring and rather magical Ed Cavanaugh died after going missing in the El Dorado National Forest. A 12 day search ensued peopled by friends, family, students and strangers determined to bring Ed home. The effort was fueled by the pure love and get out and do that Ed himself gave to the world. This ride will keep his legacy and sense of adventure alive. 🤘🤘To donate, join or find out more about the ride go here: https://www.crowdrise.com/o/en/campaign/loved-legacy-ride-for-goal/meganfisherwindeler 🤘🤘For more about GOAL go here getoutandlearn.org and for more about Ed and why I ride go here: megaredfishyoga.wordpress.com/2017/07/18/get-out-and-learn/ 🤘🤘🤘 or visit the Lov(Ed) page on FaceBook ❤️❤️❤️thanks for reading this!

Herd of Hope | Last year we interviewed Annette @dawa_lhamo
who experienced an incredible act of kindness when she was donated a kidney by her mother. Several organ recipients face many anxious, life threatening years waiting for an organ - a situation only aggravated by scarce support services for those living in regional areas. This weekend, the @igersydney
community decided to shine a spotlight on this vital issue by turning their cameras onto a ‘Herd of Hope’. At dawn yesterday a team of men and women on horseback herded cattle along the southern section of Sydney’s iconic Bondi Beach. Many families came down from ‘the bush’ for this event and all the stock riders taking part had been affected in some way by organ donation, either as a recipient or family of an organ donor. For @paulabroom
from the @igerssydney
team, the event was more than witnessing an amazing spectacle. “It was really to spread the word about a wonderful initiative and show the courage and generosity of those living in the Bush who are affected by tissue and organ donation.” | 📷 by @paulabroom
We hit up Hollywood Beach with another awesome cube! Decent crowd for St. Patty's Day, we can always count on this spot for heavy foot traffic. I'm so grateful for all of the volunteers that show up to the cube, many drive from far away just to join us 💚 With the help of all of these amazing people, we tallied 92 individuals who seriously considered making compassionate lifestyle choices ✊ many seeds were planted tonight, and the new information that many of these people walked away with will spark some curiosity and hopefully they will do more research and make better choices 🌍🐷🐄🐔👫👬👭 Thank you to everyone who came out, much love ✌ 📸: @wwokevegann
At my work, we have a tradition of celebrating the holidays on our own time. Tonight we got together and had good food, lots of laughs, and exchanged our final Secret Santa gifts. Mine fit so well with the theme of the week, #KindnessMatters
! Thanks, @korisanders
A cup of tea during our project planning meet up 🍃
