The left side is from a fast food chain some might consider healthier - Panera - but many of their food items are high in sodium & less volume than you’d get if you made at home or sugary drinks that add a lot calories to your meals.
The right is proof of “eat more, weight less” phrase where adding quality ingredients from home can add a lot of volume without adding a lot of calories. Full details below:

How do you start your mornings?🌻We’re loving this green juice chia seed pudding topped with berries!
Blend a handful of spinach with 1 cup of nut milk, then stir in 3 tbsp of chia seeds. Divide into individual serving bowls and place in fridge overnight. Top with berries (or other toppings of our choice) and Enjoy!
Note: small amounts of raspberries, blackberries and strawberries are okay. Be careful with blueberries, as their carbs can add up. Eat only small portions!

Steak and chicken fajitas for dinner to night. A Mission’s low carb tortilla does the trick, but I’m perfectly happy stacking my chicken, beef, grilled peppers, onions and and mushrooms, topped by sliced avocados, salsa, a dollop of sour cream with a sprinkle of cilantro! Damn, that’s a bowl I can keep digging into again and again. Ketolicious! Heated my cast iron grill pan, cut my chicken and beef in strips, marinaded them in fajita seasoning and oil while I sliced my veggies (I sliced up 4 peppers, each a different color, a large onion and a ton of mushrooms, saved half in a paper towel lined ziplock bag to be ready for another stir fry in a couple of days) That’s basically it.
