I went out to eat to a Mexican restaurant yesterday but I still kept it Keto.🙌🏽 ⁣ ⁣ I ordered 2 tostadas(I didn’t eat the tortillas😭) one was chicken and the other steak and it came with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and sour cream. ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ I had willpower because the salsa and chips looked sooo good😭😭. #ketofood #ketoonthego #ketofoodporn

Zucchini Taco Shells 😍 INGREDIENTS 3 c. grated zucchini (about 3 small zucchinis) kosher salt Freshly ground black pepper 1/4 c. almond flour 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1 Egg, lightly beaten 1/4 tsp. garlic powder Toppings of choice (we used scrambled eggs, bacon, cheddar cheese, salsa, avocado, and cilantro) DIRECTIONS 1. Heat oven to 400°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Put zucchini in a strainer and lightly salt. Let sit in the sink or over a bowl to drain as much moisture as possible, about 20 minutes. 2. In a large bowl, mix together zucchini, almond flour, cheese, egg, and garlic powder. So I thought I’d treat myself to chipotle because it’s the WEEKEND and I haven’t splurged on take out! I got a 1/2 steak and 1/2 barbacoa bowl, NO beans, NO rice with lettuce, pico de Gallo, cheese and salsa verde. ALL within my 13 grams of total carbs (9 NET carbs)!!!!!! The cool thing about chipotle is it has a nutritional calculator on its website so I played around with it before ordering so I wouldn’t pass my 13 grams or total carbs (I’m just very serious about my carb intake..don’t want to pass it). Cheesy Chipotle Chicken Thighs 2lbs Skinless Chicken Thighs Marinade - 1/4 cup olive oil, 1 TBSP each - Sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, chipotle powder. Poke chicken thighs with a fork a few times, place in large ziplock bag with marinade. Seal bag and let sit for an hour. Add 1 TBSP Kerrygold unsalted butter to a sauté pan and melt. Add entire contents of ziplock bag to pan and cook on medium high heat. Brown both sides of thighs. About 5min a side. Remove thighs. Slowly whisk in 4 TBSP of blanched fine almond flour. Once all mixed, whisk in 1/2 cup of turkey bone broth. Add 4 TBSP of sugar free BBQ sauce, 2 TBSP Chipotle Tobasco to pan. Whisk together. Add 1 cup of unseasoned Mexican blend shredded cheese. Whisk together until creamy. Add thighs back to pan and simmer for 5min. Well citrus madeira cake I was skeptical about cream cheese I'm not a fan of it in cakes but wow converted but don't like the cream cheese with frosting I've cut my slice into 2 so that i feel I'm having 2 pieces but yummy and tonight with my mum being here she came down before her holidays because she said she couldn't leave the country without seeing me incase I was rushed into hospital beciase what sort of mother would she be of she didn't come and see me again I'm not that sort of daughter my mum works hard and deserves her holidays. Happy Saturday! ............................................................ 6 ounces thin sliced sirloin steaks 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt black pepper to taste 3/4 cup diced onion 3/4 cup diced green pepper 1/4 cup sour cream 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 2 oz cream cheese, softened 3 oz shredded mild provolone cheese medium portobello mushrooms Preheat the oven to 400F. Spray a baking sheet with oil. Gently remove the stems, scoop out the gills and spray the tops of the mushrooms with oil, season with 1/8 tsp salt and fresh pepper. Season steak with salt and pepper on both sides. Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and heat on high, let the pan get very hot then add the steak and cook on high heat about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes on each side, until cooked through. Transfer to a cutting board and slice thin, set aside. Reduce the heat to medium-low, spray with more oil and saute onions and peppers 5 to 6 minutes, until soft. Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl. Transfer to the mushroom caps, about 1/2 cup each. Simply follow the plan and you WILL succeed. 🔻link in BIO --- Ingredients Omelet 2 eggs 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream 1 tbsp butter or coconut oil salt and ground black pepper 3 oz. mature shredded cheese or sliced Filling 2 mushrooms, sliced 2 cherry tomatoes, sliced 2 tbsp cream cheese ½ oz. baby spinach 1 oz. deli turkey 1 tsp dried oregano --- Instructions 1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cream and salt and pepper. 2. Heat up a dollop of butter in a non-stick frying pan. Spread out the cheese evenly in the pan, so it covers the entire bottom. Fry on medium heat until bubbly. 3. Carefully pour the egg mixture over the cheese and lower the heat. Cook for a few minutes without stirring. 4. Fill one half with mushrooms, tomatoes, baby spinach, cream cheese, turkey and oregano. Fry for a few minutes more. 5. When the egg mixture starts to set (it can still be quite loose on top, but not too loose), turn the empty half over the topping side, forming a crescent. I want to take a moment to tell you about my new smoker. It's a 3-Series, from Pit Boss Grills. For me, being pellet, vertical and double wall were very important in my decision. I really wanted to be able to cook year round. I also wanted a smoker that was well built from a reputable company. I really like the fact that I can set the temp, and let it cook! I usually have multiple things cooking, so that's a huge plus. Pit Boss has always been there to answer my questions all through my decision making process.
